A specific solution is: receiving, by a source access network element, a user-plane data packet sent by a source mobility management network element, where the user-plane data packet includes a handover instruction or service type information; and sending a handover request to the source mobility management network element according to the handover instruction or the service type information, so as to hand over a data domain service of the user terminal to a target network. The present invention is used to process data domain services.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method, an apparatus and a system for handling node failure. The method for handling node failure includes: sending, by an intermediate node, a context processing request message to a remote node when detecting that a first node occurs a failure, where the context processing request message is used to instruct the remote node to delete context information associated with the first node and the intermediate node; and deleting the context information associated with the first node and the intermediate node, by the remote node, according to the request message. The technical solution can enable the remote node to process the context information associated with the first node in time.

Abstract: A paging control method and apparatus, an access gateway, a bearer connection policy control entity, a data gateway, and a network device are provided. The paging control method includes: receiving a downlink service data packet; determining whether a user terminal corresponding to the downlink service data packet is in idle state; and if the user terminal is in idle state, performing matching between the downlink service data packet and at least one bearer connection control policy, and controlling, according to a matched bearer connection control policy, paging towards the user terminal corresponding to the downlink service data packet. The present invention solves a technical problem in the prior art that network resources are wasted due to unlimited use of low-cost Internet voice/messaging services by users, and also controls paging towards a user terminal in idle state effectively, thereby improving user experience.

The method includes: selecting an MSC capable of both CSFB and SRVCC for a UE; and selecting, if a location service of a CS domain triggers an SRVCC procedure for the UE when the UE has a VOIP service in progress, the MSC capable of both CSFB and SRVCC in the SRVCC procedure, so that the UE, after being handed over to the CS domain, accesses the MSC and implements the location service of the CS domain. The apparatus includes: a first selecting module and a second selecting module. The system includes a UE and the apparatus. The embodiments of the present invention enable the UE with the VOIP service in progress to be correctly handed over to the CS domain and implement the location service.

The method includes: receiving service class information sent by a core network; acquiring indication information of the core network; and processing a service packet of a user equipment according to the service class information and the indication information. Abstract: The present invention discloses a method and an apparatus for establishing a direct tunnel, which relate to the field of communications network technologies and can reduce the number of signaling messages that need to be processed on a GGSN or an SGW and reduce signaling load on the GGSN or the SGW. In the embodiments of the present invention, a mobility management network element determines that a character of a user terminal satisfies a preset condition for establishing a direct tunnel; a request message is sent to a gateway to establish a downlink direct tunnel between a radio access network and the gateway; and a response message sent by the gateway is received, where the response message is used to confirm that the downlink direct tunnel between the radio access network and the gateway has been successfully established.
