One of the methods includes receiving, from a plurality of sensors, data collected by the sensors, identifying an account associated with a person who enters the store, receiving data on movement of the product item collected by one or more of the sensors, determining an interaction between the person and the product item based on the data collected by one or more of the sensors, storing information associating the product item with the person; and deducting a payment amount from the identified account, wherein the payment amount is based on a price of the product item associated with the person.

Abstract: A battery box floor for electric vehicles for being arranged at the lower part of a vehicle body is disclosed. The battery box floor comprises a battery pack supporting panel for supporting a plurality of battery cells, a plurality of lower cooling channels for containing a cooling fluid, a plurality of lower cooling channels being arranged adjacent to and below the battery pack supporting panel such that they can cool the battery cells and an underbody protection arranged below the lower cooling channels. The battery box floor further comprises a deformation inner cavity between said plurality of lower cooling channels and said underbody protection. Additionally, the battery box floor is integrally formed from a metallic material. Also a vehicle body comprising the battery box floor is disclosed.

A set of assertions is constructed using the relationship between the pair of terms, and a query is executed against a knowledge base of frequently asked questions, corresponding answers, documents and/or data using the set of assertions to generate a set of results. The knowledge base identifies a plurality of items, each of the plurality of items is associated with at least one annotation identifying at least one of the entities in the knowledge model. The set of results are transmitted to the client computer.

Abstract: Method of making foamed gypsum slurry having 15 to 90 volume percent gas bubbles including: passing first slurry including water and on dry basis 50 to 98 wt. % calcium sulfate hemihydrate, 1 to 50 wt. % calcium carbonate, and 0.1 to 10 wt. % cellulose thickener via a first hose to a Wye connector conduit first inlet opening at Rate C and passing alum solution via a second hose to a second inlet opening of the conduit at Rate D to create combined mixed stream passing from the conduit to a static mixer for mixing for Time 3 to activate at least a portion of the calcium carbonate and alum to generate CO2 and create the foamed gypsum slurry; transferring the slurry from the mixer to a cavity between two wall boards via a third hose. Allowing the slurry in the cavity to expand, harden and dry.

A system response of the first IIR filter based on the first reference signal corresponds to a system response of the second IIR filter based on the second reference signal.

The template is transmitted to a client computer, and a statement is received from the client computer. The statement includes an instantiation of the template. A knowledge base is queried using the statement to generate a result listing identifying an item in the knowledge base. The knowledge base identifies a plurality of items. Each of the plurality of items is associated with at least one annotation identifying at one of the entities in the knowledge model.

Abstract: Disclosed is a road sign plate comprising: a base plate (2); a series of LEDs (4) disposed on said base plate; and power-supply means connected to said series of LEDs. In particular, the road sign plate comprises: a first resin layer (1) that covers at least the base plate (2); and a second resin layer (7) disposed on said first resin layer, said second resin layer (7) being of a translucent material. The road sign plate is a low cost plate, with high electro-mechanical strength and improved translucency properties.

Abstract: An automated preparation of flatbread, particularly tortillas, by an apparatus for includes packing dough portions in capsules for enabling the dough to be suitable for extended refrigerated and unrefrigerated storage. The capsules are gas-tight sealed with a foil and conveyed in upside-down position on a conveyor belt. The foil is removed by two adjacent shafts which grip the foil and tear it off. The capsule is then positioned on a holding ring and the dough portion falls downwardly onto a lower pressing and baking plate. An upper pressing and baking plate swivels downwardly by an actuator for pressing and baking the dough. After lifting the upper plate away, the finished flat bread glides out of the apparatus.

In some implementations, the system performs operations comprising processing a database transaction affecting at least a first row in an in-memory row store and at least a second row in a persistent page store, logging changes to the second row within a page store transaction log as part of the processing and prior to committing the database transaction, logging a final aggregated result of the first row as part of committing the database transaction within a row store transaction log that is separate and distinct from the page store transaction log, and altering at least a portion of the in-memory row store based on accessing the row store transaction log. Abstract: Systems and methods are presented for reducing load database time in a database backup process. In some embodiments, a computer-implemented method may include marking a checkpoint in a log of the database; generating a backup of the database for data up to the checkpoint; recording first changes in the database while generating the backup of the database; adding to the backup of the database an additional backup of the recording of the first changes; recording second changes in the database while adding the additional backup; determining if a number of second changes satisfies a criterion; and if the number of second changes satisfies the criterion, then adding to the backup of the database a backup of the recorded second changes. Recording these changes can enable a database dump process to contain more recent page images, so that the amount of recovery at load time is reduced.
