In various aspects, a fluid processing system may include a magnetic assembly that includes a plurality of magnetic structures configured to generate a magnetic field gradient within a fluid container. The magnetic structures may be formed as a plurality of electromagnets configured to be individually actuated by a controller. Each of the electromagnets may generate a magnetic field within the fluid container. The electromagnets may be differentially actuated to create a magnetic field gradient within the fluid container to agitate, mix, or otherwise influence magnetic particles disposed within the fluid container. Activation of the electromagnets of an electromagnetic structure may generate a magnetic field gradient that influences magnetic particles in an x-y direction.

These penetratin derivatives have a strong ability to penetrate the ocular tissues and do not cause ocular tissue toxicity. As ocular absorption enhancers, non-invasive routes could be used to achieve intraocular drug delivery and increase the ocular bioavailability of drugs. These penetratin derivatives and the ophthalmic drug delivery system constructed by them are used for eye drop administration, which could replace the intraocular injection with poor patients compliance, which greatly enhances the convenience and safety of the treatment of intraocular and fundus diseases.

    Abstract: A framework that includes one or more feature extractors (models) and a cluster component for clustering is described herein. The framework supports (1) offline image-based unsupervised clustering that replaces time-consuming manual gating; (2) online image-based single cell sorting. During training, one or multiple cell image datasets with or without ground truth are used to train one or more feature extractors, which are based on a neural network including several convolutional layers. Once trained, the feature extractors are used to extract features of cell images for unsupervised cell clustering and sorting. In addition, additional datasets may be used to further refine the feature extractors after they have been trained.

In some embodiments, a memory film is deposited over a substrate and comprises a bottom electrode layer, a top electrode layer, and a data storage film between the top and bottom electrode layers. A hard mask film is deposited over the memory film and comprises a conductive hard mask layer. The top electrode layer and the hard mask film are patterned to respectively form a top electrode and a hard mask over the top electrode. A trimming process is performed to decrease a sidewall angle between a sidewall of the hard mask and a bottom surface of the hard mask. An etch is performed into the data storage film with the hard mask in place after the trimming process to form a data storage structure underlying the top electrode.
