    Abstract: A switchable bidirectional core-actuated valve is provided with a chamber, and a first shaft hole, a second shaft hole and an output hole communicating with the chamber. The chamber is received therein with a non-return valve able to move in the chamber. Thus, water cooling liquid can make use of water pressure to have the non-return valve moving to a first position or a second position. When the non-return valve is at the first position, the first shaft hole will communicate with the output hole, when at the second position, the second shaft hole will communicate with the output hole. Thus, water cooling liquid can get into the chamber through the first shaft hole or the second shaft hole and then flow out of the output hole.

    Abstract: A water cooling device capable of switching a pump loop is provided. The water cooling device sends a liquid coolant through a first pump or a second pump and moves a shuttle valve to a first position or a second position, so that the liquid coolant can flow into the shuttle valve from different directions and then flow out from an output hole. The shuttle check does not consume power, but also can achieve the non-return function. Then, the liquid coolant flows into a water block to cool a load. After that, the liquid coolant flows to a radiator fan for heat dissipation and then flows to the water tank for circulation, achieving the effect of bidirectionally switching the pump loop. The water cooling device can continue to operate without stopping.

    Abstract: A nail gun with dry fire prevention device includes a gun body, a nail magazine connected with the gun body, a trigger device, and an action assembly. The nail magazine is configured to house at least a nail. The action assembly includes an action member fixed on an outer side of the nail magazine and an operation member pivotally disposed at the action member. The operation member has a first and second portions disposed on two ends of the operation member, respectively. When the nail magazine is empty of the nail, the first portion enters the nail magazine, and the second portion blocks the trigger member, such that the trigger member is unable to be operated. Therefore, the dry fire operation of the nail gun without nails is prevented, improving the convenience of usage and the utility of the nail gun.

    Abstract: A hot spot defect detecting method and a hot spot defect detecting system are provided. In the method, hot spots are extracted from a design of a semiconductor product to define a hot spot map comprising hot spot groups, wherein local patterns in a same context of the design yielding a same image content are defined as a same hot spot group. During runtime, defect images obtained by an inspection tool performing hot scans on a wafer manufactured with the design are acquired and the hot spot map is aligned to each defect image to locate the hot spot groups. The hot spot defects in each defect image are detected by dynamically mapping the hot spot groups located in each defect image to a plurality of threshold regions and respectively performing automatic thresholding on pixel values of the hot spots of each hot spot group in the corresponding threshold region.

The application of plasma is controlled to achieve a sufficient surface composition change to enhance adhesion characteristics while not adversely physically deforming the elastomeric component. The plasma treatment is applied to increase carbonyl functional group concentrations within an altered region of the elastomeric component to within at least a range of 2%-15% of carbon atomic percentage composition. The cleaning and activation is controlled, in part, by ensuring a defined height offset range is maintained between the elastomeric component and the plasma source by a generated tool path. The elastomeric component may then be adhered, with an adhesive, to another component.

The phase detection circuit connects to the input end to detect a phase difference of the driving signal. By integrating circuits having different detection and control functions in one single chip, the cost of the drive IC decreases and the traffic light can have a less thick structure.
