In a second pixel region of the display panel, there is a first gap between first and second electrical connection elements in a first electrical connection layer, there is a second gap between third and fourth electrical connection elements in a second electrical connection layer, a third electrical connection layer is coupled to a fifth signal line pattern. The fifth signal line pattern is used to transmit a fifth signal with a fixed electrical potential, and an orthographic projection of the third electrical connection layer onto a substrate of the display panel covers at least part of an orthographic projection of the first gap onto the substrate and at least part of an orthographic projection of the second gap onto the substrate.

The method includes forming a sacrificial dielectric layer on top of a bottom contact; forming a stack of a first ferromagnetic layer, a tunnel barrier layer, a second ferromagnetic layer, and at least one hard mask on top of the sacrificial dielectric layer; forming an interlevel-dielectric (ILD) layer surrounding the stack; creating one or more via holes in the ILD layer to expose the sacrificial dielectric layer; selectively removing the sacrificial dielectric layer to create an opening underneath the first ferromagnetic layer; filling the opening with a first conductive material to form a bottom electrode; removing the at least one hard mask to expose the second ferromagnetic layer; and forming a top electrode of a second conductive material on top of the second ferromagnetic layer. In a process of recycling the polyester fabric, the multifunctional catalyst simultaneously decolorizes and depolymerizes the polyester fabric. The first functional ionic liquid is used to decolorize the polyester fabric, and the second functional ionic liquid is used to depolymerize the polyester fabric.

    Abstract: Provided are a preparation method for a CTL cell and an application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: inducing a CTL cell by using a tumor antigen PAP-GM-CSF sensitized DC cell; and knocking out a PD-1 gene of the CTL cell to obtain a PD-1 knock-out CTL cell. The CTL cell obtained by the preparation method can be used for preparing drugs for treatment of prostate cancer, especially for treating PAP-positive prostate cancer. The CTL cell does not cause CTL cell failure and anergy due to the tumor-expressed PD-L1 after being transfused into the body, thereby producing efficient specific cytotoxic effect on a tumor cell and improving the curative effect and reducing the side effect.
