    Abstract: Provided is a preparation method for a composite substrate. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) growing a crystal layer on one surface of a single-crystal substrate which is used as a seed crystal to obtain a composite crystal layer structure consisting of the single-crystal substrate and the crystal layer; and (2) subjecting the composite crystal layer structure to laser irradiation to form a modified layer inside the single-crystal substrate of the composite crystal layer structure; dividing the single-crystal substrate along the modified layer by applying an external force to obtain a composite substrate. In the preparation method of the present application, by growing a low-quality crystal layer on a high-quality single-crystal substrate and then using a laser cold-cracking cutting process, the composite substrate has high preparation efficiency, good quality, and wide application range.

    Abstract: A BS sleeping strategy for a two-tier HeCN that consists of MaBS and MiBS. The approach involves strategically consolidating workloads distributed across the network onto fewer BSs. At the heart of the strategy is a Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory (BLSTM) neural network, which predicts future traffic for each user. The predicted traffic data informs the proposed BS sleeping strategy, which shifts user connections from under-utilized MiBSs to other BSs, subsequently powering down the idle MiBSs, while MaBSs remain always on. This strategy is executed with utmost consideration for maintaining service quality, ensuring that the switch does not degrade each user's Signal-to-Interference-plus-Noise Ratio thresholds or traffic demand rate.

The VINS further comprises a processor configured to compute, based on the image data, the IMU data, and the odometry data, state estimates for a position and orientation of the VINS for poses of the VINS along the trajectory. The processor maintains a state vector having states for a position and orientation of the VINS and positions within the environment for observed features for a sliding window of poses. The processor applies a sliding window filter to compute, based on the odometry data, constraints between the poses within the sliding window and compute, based on the constraints, the state estimates.
