    Abstract: A circuit board with identifiable information and a method for fabricating the same are proposed. At least one insulating layer within the circuit board has a non-circuit area free of a circuit layout. A plurality of openings are formed in the non-circuit area of the insulating layer. A patterned circuit layer is formed on the insulating layer. Metal identifiable information is disposed in the openings of the non-circuit area. By this arrangement, a product status of the circuit board can be traced and identified via the metal patterned information.

    Abstract: A panel module for a computer enclosure includes a main panel, a linkage member, a cover panel, and a resilient limiting member. The main panel has a cover region and an opening provided in the cover region. The linkage member is connected pivotally to the main and cover panels. The cover panel is movable relative to the main panel to be closed upon or flipped away from the cover region. The linkage member is disposed at a closed position when the cover panel is closed. The limiting member is interposed between the main panel and the linkage member to limit the linkage member to the closed position, and enables the linkage member to be automatically restored to the closed position when the cover panel is to be closed, thereby permitting easy and proper closing of the cover panel.

    Abstract: A trimming circuit is provided. The trimming circuit had at least a trimming cell, and each of the at least trimming cell includes three current paths and a fuse. A first one of the current paths is interrupted when a second one of the current paths is uninterrupted, and the first one of the current paths is uninterrupted when the second one of the current paths is interrupted. When a trimming control signal is at an enable state, a third one of the current paths is uninterrupted, such that the fuse is blown. Based on the status of the fuse, the trimming circuit is capable of trimming an output voltage or an output current of an electric apparatus.

    Abstract: A 3D semiconductor package using an interposer is provided. In an embodiment, an interposer is provided having a first die electrically coupled to a first side of the interposer and a second die electrically coupled to a second side of the interposer. The interposer is electrically coupled to an underlying substrate, such as a packaging substrate, a high-density interconnect, a printed circuit board, or the like. The substrate has a cavity such that the second die is positioned within the cavity. The use of a cavity may allow smaller conductive bumps to be used, thereby allowing a higher number of conductive bumps to be used. A heat sink may be placed within the cavity to aid in the dissipation of the heat from the second die.

The ultrasonic lamp detects whether a second echo is received within the fixed period of time after the emission of the second burst.
