    Abstract: A surface profile measurement apparatus, which measures a surface profile of an object, includes a wavefront measurement unit, a driving unit and a rotation unit. The wavefront measurement unit has an image sensor and emits a detecting light. The driving unit has a plurality of stages for moving the object or the wavefront measurement unit. The rotation unit has a rotation axis, is disposed on one of the stages of the driving unit, and holds the object. When measuring the object, the rotation unit rotates the object and the image sensor simultaneously exposes and acquires a measurement data, formed by the detecting light reflected from the object. An alignment method of the surface profile measurement apparatus and an improved sub-aperture measurement data acquisition method are also disclosed.

    Abstract: A detection method for a sensor membrane formed of EuTixOy as part of a biosensor by using PNIPAAm for wrapping enzymes is provided with adding 1.0 g of NIPAAm powder to 20 ml water, heating same at 60° C. to form NIPAAm solution, and cooling the NIPAAm solution; adding 200 ?l of 98.7 wt % of APS and 50 ?l of 99 wt % of TEMED to the NIPAAm solution, uniformly mixing same, and reacting the mixture for 30 hours to prepare a transparent, gel PNIPAAm; adding 5 mg enzymes to 100 ?l of 1× PBS buffer solution, uniformly mixing same, adding 100 ?l of PNIPAAm to the buffer solution, and uniformly mixing the buffer solution; placing a biosensor on a heater for heating at a constant temperature of 37° C. wherein the biosensor is an EIS sensor having a sensor membrane formed of EuTixOy; and taking a measurement.

    Abstract: An ultrasonic lamp control method is provided. The control method includes the following steps. The ultrasonic lamp emits a first burst, and detects whether a first echo is received within a fixed period of time after the emission of the first burst. If the first echo is received within the fixed period of time, then the ultrasonic lamp neglects the first echo and emits a second burst. The ultrasonic lamp detects whether a second echo is received within the fixed period of time after the emission of the second burst. If the second echo is received within the fixed period of time, then the ultrasonic lamp enters a control mode.

    Abstract: A recess is usually formed on the sidewall of the trench due to the dry etch. The recess may influence the profile of an element formed in the trench. Therefore, a method of flattening a recess in a substrate is provided. The method includes: first, providing a substrate having a trench therein, wherein the trench has a sidewall comprising a recessed section and an unrecessed section. Then, a recessed section oxidation rate change step is performed to change an oxidation rate of the recessed section. Later, an oxidizing process is performed to the substrate so as to form a first oxide layer on the recessed section, and a second oxide layer on the unrecessed section, wherein the second oxide layer is thicker than the first oxide layer. Finally, the first oxide layer and the second oxide layer are removed to form a flattened sidewall of the trench.

When a trimming control signal is at an enable state, a third one of the current paths is uninterrupted, such that the fuse is blown. The fisheye lenses are disposed on all sides of the vehicle to shoot the surrounding scene images of the vehicle. The trip computer reads the scene images, and executes a plurality of built-in image processing procedures to combine the scene images into an overhead vehicle image. The radially distorted scene images are corrected into the normal scene images through a distorted image correction procedure. The corrected scene images are rotated into projection scene images through a planar transition procedure. The images are retrieved according to the positions of the shooting lenses of the projection scene images so as to generate the overhead vehicle image through an image combining procedure.
