Abstract: A matching making carrier service system and method that enables users to connect and collaborate on carrier services is described. The system provides a platform for users to search for each other for goods transportation purposes, such that a requester user and a traveler user can agree upon a freelance carrier service. The system may be configured to provide means to verify each user to provide reliable security of transactions between users. The system may be configured to provide escrow services to hold payment in secured means, such that payment may be configured to reliably provided upon completion of tasks. The platform may be configured to provide a feedback and review system such that users can be rated and ranked for the services rendered. The system may be configured to provide security encryption to ensure reliable interaction between users.

Abstract: Robotic medical systems can be capable of establishing procedural setup. A robotic medical system can include a kinematic chain having at least a first robotic arm. The robotic medical system can be configured to execute first movement of the kinematic chain to a first pose in accordance with a first recommended pose corresponding to a first procedure to be performed on a patient. After the kinematic chain reaches the first pose, the robotic medical system can obtain first data corresponding to a boundary condition of the kinematic chain in accordance with an input from a user and/or second data corresponding to a current state of the patient. The robotic medical system can be configured to adjust at least a portion of the kinematic chain from the first pose to a second pose in accordance with the obtained first data and/or second data.

Abstract: Robotic medical systems can be capable of intra-operative setup adjustment. A robotic system can include comprises a kinematic chain for performing a procedure. The robotic system can be configured to detect one or more conditions encountered by the kinematic chain. The one or more conditions can correspond to a respective adjustment to a pose of the kinematic chain. In response to detecting the one or more conditions or upon user request, the robotic system can generate a recommended adjustment of the kinematic chain in accordance with the one or more conditions. The robotic system can present a notification of the recommended adjustment of the kinematic chain to a user. In accordance with a determination that a first user command to execute the recommended adjustment has been received, the robotic system can adjust the pose of the kinematic chain in accordance with the recommended adjustment.

One of the methods includes obtaining, via a user accessible user interface, a request for uploaded textual information to be analyzed. Ontology information is accessed based on an indicated type associated with the textual information, and ontology information for the type. The ontology information specifies nodes, with the nodes causing the server system to extract values for textual expressions defined by the nodes, and relational information between the nodes, with the relational information indicating links between textual expressions. The textual information is parsed based on the ontology information. The parsing causes traversal of the nodes and extraction of values from associated textual expressions based on the textual information. Values are obtained based on the parsing, with the values being utilized as summary information.

Abstract: Systems and methods are described for providing an item resolution service. Users may add entries to an electronic list (e.g., a grocery list), via voice input, text message, or other input to a mobile, desktop, or web application. The list entries may contain general descriptions (e.g., “milk,” “eggs,” “bread,” etc.) that can be associated with various items available from various suppliers. The item resolution service may determine, for individual list entries, a specific item based on factors such as the user who created the entry, the order or browsing history of that user, the geographic location of another user (e.g., a user who is currently located at a particular grocery store), or other factors. The list entries may thus be converted to items in an electronic shopping cart, which may then be ordered for delivery, in-store pickup, or presented in a manner that facilitates acquiring the items in person.

A surgical robotic system can include a first robotic arm coupled to a camera and a second robotic arm coupled to a surgical tool. The surgical tool can have a tool insertion axis along a shaft of the surgical tool. The surgical robotic system can be configured to determine whether the tool insertion axis overlaps with a field of view of the camera and provide a notification to a user in accordance with a determination that the tool insertion axis does not overlap with the field of view of the camera.

The at least one additional component may be initialized on the condition that the determined temperature of the integrated circuit is within the predetermined suitable temperature operating range of the at least one additional component.
