First area is adjacent to second area without overlapping. First touch signal line is coupled to first touch electrode and second touch electrode. First touch signal line is configured to transmit first touch signal of first area at a first stage. First touch signal line is configured to transmit a common electrode signal at a second stage. First touch signal line is configured to transmit second touch signal of second area at a third stage.

Abstract: A high-power seismic wave early warning method is provided to use an earliest-arriving seismic wave to estimate a maximum power value of a later-arriving high-power seismic wave for a target site. When the estimated maximum power value of the later-arriving high-power seismic wave is greater than a warning value, an earthquake early warning is transmitted to an earthquake early warning device that is located at the target site.

Abstract: A clock signal generator and a clock signal generating method are provided. The clock signal generator is adapted for a test machine. The clock signal generator includes a first oscillator, a second oscillator, a delay value generator, and an output clock signal generator. The first oscillator and the second oscillator are activated alternatively. The first oscillator generates a first clock signal with a first frequency according to a delay value. The second oscillator generates a second clock signal with a second frequency according to the delay value, where phases of the first clock signal and the second clock signal are different. The delay value generator detects a pulse width of a reference pulse signal to generate the delay value. The output clock signal generator combines the first clock signal and the second clock signal to generate an output clock signal.

Abstract: A charging device and a safety function control circuit and method thereof are provided. When a charging device is not connected to a load, a converted voltage value of a power connection terminal of the charging device is kept to be lower than a safe voltage value so as to maintain a safe mode. The safety function control circuit includes a first control module and a second control module for constant voltage control. The first control module and the second control module perform matching control on a power conversion circuit of the charging device, and in case of a single fault of one of the control modules, the other module is still capable of keeping the converted voltage value to be less than the safe voltage value. Thus, it is ensured that the safe mode stays functional in case of a concurrency of both a single hardware fault and a single firmware fault.

Abstract: A data accessing method using dynamic speed adjustment with aid of a thermal control unit, and associated apparatus such as memory device, memory controller, etc. are provided. The data accessing method includes: utilizing a thermal control unit to start monitoring temperature at a predetermined intra-controller location of the memory controller; in response to at least one accessing request from a host device, controlling a transmission interface circuit to perform data transmission between the host device and the memory controller at an original communications speed, for accessing data in the NV memory; in response to the temperature being greater than a first temperature threshold, detecting an increment of the temperature between a first start time point and a first end time point; based on at least one first predetermined rule, determining a first communications speed according to the increment; and switching from the original communications speed to the first communications speed.

Abstract: A breath detecting system and breath detecting mat thereof are disclosed. The breath detecting mat is placed under bed mattress and has a hollow board, a vibration sensor and a signal processing circuit. The vibration sensor and the signal processing circuit are mounted in the hollow board. The vibration sensor senses the micro-vibrations caused by the breathing of the person is lying on the bed mattress and outputs the breath sensing signal to the signal processing circuit. The signal processing circuit samples the sensing signal according to different moving average points to generate the fast-moving and slow-moving average signals. Since the first fast-moving and slow-moving average signals have many cross points, the signal processing circuit calculates each time difference between every two adjacent cross points. A present breath frequency is calculated according to the time differences. Therefore, the noises of the sensing signal are effectively removed.
