    Abstract: Various embodiments include protection layers for a transistor and methods of forming the same. In an embodiment, a method includes: exposing a semiconductor nanostructure, a dummy nanostructure, and an isolation region by removing a dummy gate; increasing a deposition selectivity between a top surface of the semiconductor nanostructure and a top surface of the isolation region relative a selective deposition process; depositing a protection layer on the top surface of the isolation region by performing the selective deposition process; removing the dummy nanostructure by selectively etching a dummy material of the dummy nanostructure at a faster rate than a protection material of the protection layer; and forming a gate structure around the semiconductor nanostructure.

The grip sensing module receives the sensing signal from the sensing members and generates a gripping strength signal according to the sensing signals. The determining module receives the pressing time and the gripping strength signal, and generates an assessing result by comparing the gripping strength signal with a gripping strength threshold and comparing the pressing time with a time threshold.

    Abstract: Systems and methods herein present a multi-modal model, or insight miner, for agricultural use. The model is used for generating actionable insights from time-series agricultural data. To do so, a control system of a farming machine includes the insight miner and a training module. The miner ingests agricultural information (e.g., time series field measurements), identifies trends in the time-series data (e.g., increasing, decreasing, etc.), and determines potential farming actions to take based on identified trends. To do so, the model generates visual representations of the time-series data, inputs the visual representations into a model to obtain a natural language description of that data, and enact farming actions based on the insights obtained. The training module trains the model by generating visual representation and natural language pairs, which are used to train the model.
