  • Publication number: 20240141537
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a superhydrophobic and self-cleaning anticoagulant composite coating material and a preparation method and use thereof, and relates to the technical field of biomedical materials. In the coating material provided by the present disclosure, a titanium dioxide nanotube-based structure increases microscopic roughness of a surface of a titanium-based metal substrate, and a hydrophobic modification layer reduces surface energy of the material. The rough structure and the hydrophobic modification layer have a synergistic effect to construct a superhydrophobic surface, making the surface of the material have self-cleaning characteristics and low adhesion. Air can be retained on the surface of the material to form an air layer, thereby reducing the contact area between the material and bacteria and platelets in the blood, and inhibiting adhesion of the bacteria, platelets, and plasma proteins to the material.

  • Publication number: 20240142017
Abstract: In a tire pressure adjustment method, an adjustment device in a vehicle obtains a first distance between the vehicle and a target object in front of the vehicle in a moving direction. The adjustment device determines a second distance that is a safe braking distance of the vehicle. When the first distance is less than the second distance, the adjustment device determines a tire pressure adjustment value of a tire of the vehicle based on the first distance and the second distance. The adjustment device determines a target voltage based on the tire pressure adjustment value, and adjusts a power supply voltage of a valve of the tire based on the target voltage. The valve exhausts air out of the tire after being powered on, and an exhaust velocity of the valve varies with different power supply voltages.

  • Publication number: 20240141422
Abstract: Techniques are described for identifying a genetic variant in a test sample by comparing sequences reads obtained from the test sample to unique k-mers that are representative of a target genomic region. In one particular aspect, a method is described that includes generating a dictionary of a target genomic region having a set of unique k-mers by: accessing a sequence of the target genomic region, determining a set of k-mers for the target genomic region, comparing the set of k-mers for the target genomic region with one or more sets of k-mers for non-target genomic regions, and selecting the unique k-mers that do not appear in the one or more sets of k-mers for non-target genomic regions. The dictionary can then be used to identify a genetic variant in a test sample by comparing sequences reads obtained from the test sample to the unique k-mers in the dictionary.
