    Abstract: An illumination system and a projection apparatus are provided. The illumination system includes an excitation light source, a light guiding element, a filter module, an optical wavelength conversion module, and a homogenizing element. The light guiding element reflects an excitation beam coming from the excitation light source. The filter module includes a filtering region and receives the excitation beam reflected by the light guiding element. The optical wavelength conversion module includes a wavelength conversion region, receives the excitation beam reflected by the filtering region and reflects a conversion beam converted from the excitation beam. The conversion beam forms at least one color beam after passing through the filtering region of the filter module. The homogenizing element receives the excitation beam coming from the filter module and the at least one color beam. The illumination system includes a laser light source, a light splitting element, a wavelength conversion module, a filter module, and a homogenizing element. The laser light source provides a laser beam to the light splitting element. The filter module rotates around a rotation axis and has multiple dichroic filter regions on a surface perpendicular to the rotation axis. The filter module receives the laser beam from the light splitting element, and an acute angle is formed between the rotation axis and a direction in which the laser beam enters the filter module. The homogenizing element is located on a transmission path of the laser beam penetrating the filter module, and the laser beam enters the homogenizing element along a long axis direction of the homogenizing element.

    Abstract: Provided are a precursor solution, and a modified layer and a lithium-based battery prepared by using the same. The modified layer is formed on the negative electrode, the positive electrode and/or the separator of the lithium-based battery by using the precursor solution through photo-polymerization reaction or thermal curing. The lithium-based battery comprising the modified layer effectively promotes the charge and discharge capability, cycling life, and safety. The modified layer can be applied to a roll-to-roll process. The formation of lithium dendrites in the lithium-based battery comprising the modified layer is significantly suppressed or reduced during the charge-discharge cycles. The shuttle effect is effectively suppressed or reduced in lithium sulfur batteries and lithium iodine batteries. All the above effects are beneficial to increasing the product value of lithium ion batteries, lithium metal batteries, anode-free lithium batteries, lithium sulfur batteries, and lithium iodine batteries.

    Abstract: Tin oxide films are used as spacers and hardmasks in semiconductor device manufacturing. In one method, tin oxide layer (e.g., spacer footing) needs to be selectively etched in a presence of an exposed silicon-containing layer, such as SiOC, SiON, SiONC, amorphous silicon, SiC, or SiN. In order to reduce damage to the silicon-containing layer the process involves passivating the silicon-containing layer towards a tin oxide etch chemistry, etching the tin oxide, and repeating passivation and etch in an alternating fashion. For example, passivation and etch can be each performed between 2-50 times. In one implementation, passivation is performed by treating the substrate with an oxygen-containing reactant, activated in a plasma, and the tin oxide etching is performed by a chlorine-based chemistry, such as using a mixture of Cl2 and BCl3.

A target object image is segmented from the original image according to the target object coordinates in the low-resolution image, and the target object image is input into the image classification model. The target object type that corresponds to the target object image is determined using the image classification model.

In the manufacturing method of the present disclosure, the deep eutectic solution formed by choline chloride and urea may be used as a solvent, and may also be used as a carbon source and/or a nitrogen source. Therefore, titanium dioxide may be doped with carbon and/or nitrogen during the formation process.
