    Abstract: Disclosed is an assembly structure of chip scale package, which can effectively avoid various yield and quality problems resulted from the poor control of epoxy during the process of chip scale package. A buffer zone whose planar size is smaller than that of the chip is disposed on the substrate, and the chip is then affixed to the buffer zone utilizing epoxy. Since the planar size of the buffer zone is smaller than that of the chip, the contamination of golden fingers and bonding pads due to the poor control of epoxy can be avoided, and furthermore the yield problems resulted from failed wire bonding and poor soldering are avoided. The assembly structure can be further applied to vertical stacking of multiple chips. A packaging method for the chip scale package is also provided.

    Abstract: A method is provided for making narrow-band, UVB-emitting, (Y,Gd,Ce,Pr)Mg borate phosphors. The method involves the use of a mixed oxide co-precipitate which is combined with MgO and boric acid and fired twice to form the borate phosphor. The mixed oxide co-precipitate is formed by dissolving sources of Y, Gd, Ce, and optionally Pr, in an acid solution. Oxalic acid or ammonia is added to the solution (or vice versa) to form a co-precipitate of oxalates or hydroxides that are further fired to obtain a mixed oxide co-precipitate. The use of the mixed oxide co-precipitate improves homogeneity and yields a phosphor having a higher brightness with very little or no sticking between the fired cakes and the firing crucibles.

Concrete is poured onto the ground to be constructed such that the concrete can integrally cover the drainpipe units. The sealing lids can be removed from the openings on the upper end of the drainpipes after the concrete is solidified, thereby accomplishing a permeable paving and instantly draining the rain on the permeable paving to the sand layer and further to the underground for being recycled as water resource for further utilization.
