Abstract: Provided are a method for early warning of a failure, an electronic device, and a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium. The implementation scheme includes that: a target device is inspected in a current inspection period to obtain a current value of a target device parameter; a new value of the target device parameter in a new inspection period is predicted according to historical inspection records of the target device in historical inspection periods and the current value of the target device parameter; and early warning of a failure is performed according to a preset early warning rule and the new value of the target device parameter.

Abstract: The present application relates to lithium iron phosphate, a preparation method therefor, and a lithium-ion battery. The preparation method includes: sintering dry materials of an iron source, a lithium source, a phosphorus source, and a reductive carbon source to obtain lithium iron phosphate, wherein the sintering atmosphere includes a mild oxidizing gas, the mild oxidizing gas includes carbon dioxide, and the sintering temperature is 800-900° C.

An adjusting assembly is assembled within the water valve and includes an adjusting member, a first elastic member, a blocking member and an abutting member. The first elastic member biases the abutting member, and the blocking member is fixed to the adjusting member to block the abutting member from detaching from a receiving hole of the adjusting member. A temperature-controlling assembly includes a valve member and a second elastic member biasing the valve member. Thermal expansion or contraction of a rod member of the valve member drives the valve member to move so that an overlapping area of the valve member and a first passageway of the water valve and an overlapping area of the valve member and a second passageway of the water valve change.

Abstract: A sensing keyswitch including a key body, a key-sensing switch and an enabling switch is provided. The key body includes a key top, and a key driver and an enabler which can move with the key top in the same keystroke cycle. The key-sensing switch electrically connected to a key circuit is in a disabled mode to save power and cannot sense the change of the sensing intensity caused by the movement of the driver. The enabling switch is electrically connected to an enabling circuit, wherein when the enabling switch is triggered by the enabler, the enabling switch outputs an enabling signal through the enabling circuit for enabling the key-sensing switch to enter an enabled mode, so that the key-sensing switch can sense the change of the sensing intensity caused by the movement of the key driver to trigger a key signal.

The resulting vertical-channel junction field-effect transistor includes a doped GaN layer, an unintentionally doped GaN layer on the doped GaN layer, and a p-GaN regrowth layer on the unintentionally doped GaN layer. Portions of the p-GaN regrowth layer are separated by a vertical channel of the unintentionally doped GaN layer.

Abstract: A polarization-maintaining multi-core fiber includes a plurality of fiber core areas and a main outer cladding. The fiber core areas include one central fiber core area, and two or more than two outer fiber core areas equidistantly and uniformly arranged around the central fiber core area that is a polarization-maintaining fiber core area. Each outer fiber core area includes a fiber core and an inner cladding surrounding a core layer. A portion outside the fiber core areas is the main outer cladding. The fiber can greatly enhance spectral efficiency of an optical transmission system, and improve fiber communication capacity. The arrangement of the polarization-maintaining fiber core area provides a waveguide structure with a function of maintaining polarized light, which can be used for transmission of local light.
