    Abstract: A sputtering deposition method is utilized by a sputtering deposition apparatus including a first chamber, a second chamber, a first carrier, and a second carrier. Some first substrates are positioned in the first carriers in the first chamber for heating. The first carriers in the first chamber and the second carriers in the second chamber are exchanged. The first substrates in the second chamber are sputtered. The second carriers in the first chamber and the first carriers in the second chamber are exchanged. The first substrates in the first chamber are taken out.

    Abstract: An optical element includes a substrate and an anti-reflective unit provided on one surface of the substrate. The anti-reflective unit includes a first coating layer, a second coating layer, a third coating layer, a fourth coating layer, and a fifth coating layer arranged on the substrate sequentially. The thickness of each of the first coating layer, the third coating layer, and the fifth coating layer is in the approximate range from 6 to 100 nanometers, and the thickness of each of the second coating layer and the fourth coating layer is in the approximate range from 10 to 200 nanometers. The first coating layer, the third coating layer, and the fifth coating layer are made of SiO2, and the second coating layer and the fourth coating layer are made of TiO2. The optical element can provide a high rate of light transmission.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for forming a composite membrane with a porous coating layer. At first, a filling process is carried out to fill the pores of a porous substrate with a liquid. Next, a raw material is transformed into melt or incomplete melt droplets by a heating source and the droplets are sprayed to the surface of the porous substrate filled with the liquid. The liquid is evaporated by the high temperature droplets and plasma flame to become vapor and the vapor breaks through the droplets to have the droplets sputter into different blocks to thereby form random and dispersed flat particles after cooled. Flat particles are formed and stacked continuously so as to form a composite membrane with a porous coating layer. Moreover, the invention provides an apparatus for forming a composite membrane with a porous coating layer.

As the light-pervious substrate is adapted for seasonal scanning in different zones, the provision of the optical grating structure can shorten the light mixing distance while the light diffusion structure can evenly emit and spread the light throughout the light guide plate to solve the drawbacks of the prior techniques.
