    Abstract: A test device is provided. The test device includes test components, power supplies, an alternating current (AC) power detection circuit and an alert module. The power supplies convert an AC power through a first wire, a second wire and an earth wire to a direct current (DC) power and supply the DC power to the test components. The AC power detection circuit receives the AC power through the first wire, the second wire and the earth wire to determine whether both of voltage differences between the first wire and the earth wire and between the second wire and the earth wire is outside of respective predetermined ranges. When both of the voltage differences are outside of the corresponding predetermined range, the AC power detection circuit controls the alert module to generate an alerting signal.

    Abstract: In a backlight module, a diffusive structure and a prism structure are replaced by a diffusive prism film formed on a substrate and transferred via In-Mold Decoration by Roller (IMR) to a light guide body via injection molding. A reflection film is also transferred to an opposite side of the light guide body via the same way. In such way, optical films may be readily transferred to the light guide body via two-side IMR during the process of injection molding of the light guide body, saving room taken by substrates of the optical components.

The transmission member, the supporting member and the clamping member are pivoted to the casing, respectively. The transmission member is coupled to the sliding member. The supporting member is coupled to the transmission member. The clamping member further abuts against the sliding member and is for sliding the sliding member as rotating, such that the sliding member drives the transmission to rotate. Accordingly, the transmission member is driven to activate the supporting member to stretch an extension portion of the supporting member out of the casing.

    Abstract: A method of forming a salicide block with reduced defects is disclosed, the method including performing an ultraviolet cure process on a silicon nitride layer deposited in a previous step. High-energy ultraviolet light used in the ultraviolet cure process breaks the hydrogen-containing chemical bonds such as silicon-hydrogen and nitrogen-hydrogen in the silicon nitride layer, and the dissociated hydrogen forms molecular hydrogen which is thereafter evacuated away by a vacuuming apparatus. In this way, the hydrogen content in the silicon nitride layer can be effectively decreased and the reaction between hydrogen in the silicon nitride layer and photoresist subsequently coated thereon can hence be reduced. As a result, a salicide block with reduced defects can be obtained, thus improving process reliability and product yield.
