    Abstract: A thermal-curable resin composition is provided. The thermal-curable resin composition comprises: (A) a thermal-curable resin component, which comprises: (a1) bismaleimide resin; (a2) cyanate ester resin; and (a3) epoxy resin, wherein the cyanate ester resin (a2) and the epoxy resin (a3) are respectively in an amount ranging from 50 parts by weight to 150 parts by weight and from 24 parts by weight to 51 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the bismaleimide resin (a1); and (B) a filler, wherein the filler (B) is in an amount ranging from 40 parts by weight to 55 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the dry weight of the resin composition; and wherein the resin composition has a dynamic viscosity of not higher than 800 Pa·s after being brought into a semi-cured state (B-stage), and the resin composition has a dissipation factor (Df) of not higher than 0.006 at 10 GHz after being cured completely.

    Abstract: A multi-layer sealing film for high seal yield is provided. In some embodiments, a substrate comprises a vent opening extending through the substrate, from an upper side of the substrate to a lower side of the substrate. The upper side of the substrate has a first pressure, and the lower side of the substrate has a second pressure different than the first pressure. The multi-layer sealing film covers and seals the vent opening to prevent the first pressure from equalizing with the second pressure through the vent opening. The conveying mechanism is coupled to the base and has an air hole. The base is formed with a first passage and a second passage connected with a gas cylinder. The length of the conveying tube of the conveying mechanism can be adjusted by pressing. A wire is sandwiched between the driving wheel and the driven wheel through the tension spring. The motor drives the driving wheel to rotate the driven wheel so as to continuously convey the wire; meanwhile, the inert gas can be sent out through the second passage and the conveying mechanism to prevent a workpiece from being oxidized.

    Abstract: A light emitting device driver circuit includes: a power conversion circuit, an error amplifier circuit, a sample-and-hold circuit, a load current generation circuit and a feed-forward capacitor.     Abstract: A method is provided to fabricate a Nafion separating membrane for achieving low impedance and low permeability. Sodium 4-styrenesulfonate (NASS) is grafted to the surface of the membrane through an oxygen plasma induced grafting technique. A modified Nafion-g-NASS membrane is thus fabricated for a vanadium redox flow battery (VRFB) with the permeability of vanadium ions reduced and the conductivity of protons improved. The modified membrane shows higher ion exchange capacity and permeating conductivity along with enhanced voltage efficiency (VE), coulombic efficiency (CE) and energy efficiency (EE). Due to the low permeability of vanadium ions, the VRFB with the modified membrane shows slower self-discharge than that with the pristine Nafion membrane. After 200 cycles of charging and discharging, the VE, CE and EE remain stable. In particular, the modified VRFB shows a higher rate of capacity retention than the pristine VRFB.
