    Abstract: A method and apparatus for providing a substantially uniform pressure to a polishing surface from a conditioning element is provided. The method includes urging a conditioning disk against a polishing surface of a rotating polishing pad, moving the conditioning disk across the polishing surface in a sweep pattern that includes at least a portion of the conditioning disk extending over a peripheral edge of the polishing surface, and maintaining a substantially uniform pressure to the polishing surface from the conditioning disk across the sweep pattern.

    Abstract: A wireless power transmission device includes a main body and a position-limiting plate. The main body includes a triggering button. The triggering button is located at a first side of the main body. The position-limiting plate is located at a second side of the main body and movable relative to the main body. When an electronic device is placed on the main body and contacted with the triggering button, the triggering button issues an enabling signal to the position-limiting plate. In response to the enabling signal, the position-limiting plate is moved toward the main body in order to fix the electronic device on the main body. In a case that an electric current provided to the triggering button is interrupted, the triggering button stops issuing the enabling signal. Consequently, the position-limiting plate is moved away from the main body and separated from the electronic device.

    Abstract: A method for preparing a low dielectric constant (low k) material and a film thereof is provided. The method includes the following steps. A substrate is first put into a plasma generating reaction system, and a carrier gas carrying a carbon and fluorine containing silicon dioxide precursor is then introduced into the plasma generating reaction system, so that the carbon and fluorine containing silicon dioxide precursor is formed on the substrate. After that, the carbon and fluorine containing silicon dioxide precursor is converted to a low k material film through heating; meanwhile, a stress of the low k material film is eliminated such that the film has a more compact structure. By means of these steps the carbon and fluorine containing silicon dioxide precursor is still capable of forming a low k material film of silicon dioxide containing a large amount of fluorocarbon, even under various different atmospheres.

    Abstract: A circuit of inductance/capacitance (LC) voltage control oscillator (VCO) includes an LC VCO unit, a peak detector and a processing unit. The LC VCO unit receives a current control signal and outputs an oscillating voltage signal. The peak detector receives the oscillating voltage signal to obtain an averaged voltage value. The processing unit receives the averaged voltage value to accordingly output the current control signal and feedback to the LC VCO unit. The processing unit also detects whether or not the averaged voltage value has reached to a saturation state and a corresponding critical current. After the current control signal reaches to the critical current, the current control signal is set within a variance range near the critical current.

Consequently, a balanced supporting force is generated to maintain a specified distance between the first coil assembly and the first surface of the object.
