A plurality of block objects are obtained by grouping all discontinuous line segments in the engineering drawing. All frame objects in the engineering drawing are obtained by matching each of the block objects with the first template. One or more remainder objects in each bounding box are obtained, and grouped to obtain one or more number objects in each of the frame objects. A matched second template of each of the number objects is obtained by matching each of the number objects with each of the second templates. The number objects in each of the frame objects are replaced by corresponding numerical text data.

A location range of a border point of the image being measured is determined according to the definition values of the pixel point values in the line, and the border point is selected from the location range.     Abstract: In a focus identification method for identifying different focuses of an object, discrete image data is acquired from captured images of an object. The images are captured by a charge coupled device (CCD) in motion of a measurement machine at a predetermined time period. The discrete image data includes definitions of the images and Z-coordinates of the CCD when capturing the images. Maxima and minima of the discrete image data are computed to establish intervals within the discrete image data. The intervals are selected one by one, and a curve is fitted according to the discrete image data at the selected interval. A peak value of the fitted curve is computed as one of focuses of the object when a goodness of fit of the fitted curve meets a predetermined criterion.

A start point, an end point, a scan direction, and a scan distance interval are set. Scan points on the edges of the object are determined. For each scan point, the computing device aims the image capturing device at the scan point, controls the image capturing device to capture images of the object at different depths, and records focal points. Definition values of the images are calculated and an image with a highest definition value is determined. A focal point corresponds to the image with the highest definition value and so coordinates of the scan point are determined. Scanned edges of the object are formed based on all the scan points.

A luminous intensity of each pixel in each of the left grating images and the right grating images is computed. According to the luminous intensity of each pixel in each of the left grating images, a first phase grayscale image is obtained. According to the luminous intensity of each pixel in each of the right grating images, a second phase grayscale image is obtained. A matched image is obtained by matching the first phase grayscale image and the second phase grayscale image.

The electrode protection layers serve as adhesion layers between the active carbon layers and the electrodes, and protect the electrodes from being corroded by the acid electrolyte solution.

An X-Y coordinate system based on the first and second points is established, and a value of any deviation angle between the first probe and the second probe is calculated based on the X-Y coordinate system. The information is displayed for indicating whether the installations of the first and second probes are precise or not according to any deviation value, and the respective installations of the other individual probes are checked against the X-Y coordinate system.
