    Abstract: An electronic device connected to a measurement machine is installed with an image measurement program. The electronic device records detailed information in relation to a new language file added to a template file provided by the image measurement program, and creates one or more executable files for the image measurement program based on the template file. When the image measurement program is started, the electronic device adds the new language to a language selection menu of a user interface of the image measurement program by executing the one or more executable files, displays all languages available to the image measurement program under the language selection menu of the user interface, and after selection and displays all information in a user-selected language.

The method further obtains a marked number selected from a preset file, and locates a cursor on a first position of the marked number in the 2D image according to coordinates of the marked number, or locates the cursor on a second position of the marked number according to a horizontal index number and a vertical index number of the marked number.

    Abstract: A computing device is connected to a computer numerical control (CNC) machine, and an object positioned on a work table of the CNC machine includes one or more touch points. A probe from the CNC machine touches each touch point on an object and measures actual 3D mechanical coordinates of touch points. A 3D workpiece coordinates system is created according to the actual 3D mechanical coordinates of all touch points. Actual 3D workpiece coordinates of all touch points are calculated. Deviation values of each touch point are calculated between the actual 3D workpiece coordinates and theory 3D workpiece coordinates of each touch point. The deviation values are transformed to mechanical deviation values. The mechanical deviation values are compensated of each touch point for the CNC machine.

A toolbar container for storing the obtained data having a predetermined memory frame is created. The software menus are established at a predetermined location in a preset window and the buttons of each of the software menus are added for each of the established software menus by reading data in the toolbar container. The window with the established software menus is displayed on a display screen.

An electronic device adjusts a zoom ratio of the lens to be a maximum ratio, and calculates X, Y, Z coordinate differences between the lens center and the sensor center. The X, Y differences are replaced by the calibrated X, Y coordinate differences when the calibrated X, Y coordinate differences satisfy first predetermined requirements. The electronic device further calibrates the Z coordinate difference at least twice to obtain a calibrated Z coordinate difference. The Z coordinate difference is replaced by the calibrated Z coordinate difference when the calibrated Z coordinate difference satisfies second predetermined requirements.
