The protruding portion protrudes and extends from a first side of the first elastic arm, and the first side of the first elastic arm is adjacent to the second elastic arm. A lower surface of the protruding portion has a contact surface overlapping with the contact portion in a vertical direction, such that the contact portion upwardly abuts the contact surface. When the chip module presses downwardly on the electrical terminal, the contact portion can move on the contact surface, such that the chip module does not need to press downwardly on the contact portion with a relatively large pressure.

A gap exists between a bottom of the partition plate and the floor. A slit is formed between the first rotatable brush and the partition plate. The dust suction apparatus includes a dust suction conduit and a dust collecting box. Two ends of the conduit are in communication with the first accommodating cavity and the box respectively. The two brushes rotate in opposite directions, the rotation of the first rotatable brush makes dirt enter the conduit through the slit, and the rotation of the second rotatable brush makes dirt enter the slit through the gap.

Besides, the rotation module comprises multiple wash-heads and at least one nozzle. The bottom side of wash-head here is contacted with the surface of the wafer. By using driving device, the rotation module can be wholly driven. Also, multiple wash-heads can rotate individually along a cleaning path for cleaning wafer. The fluid was jetted from nozzle and assistant to clean wafer through fluid pipe. The prior art of single wafer wash-head is easily to reform a cleaning dead angle in wafer cleaning process.
