    Abstract: An adjustable docking device includes a hinge mechanism, a holding base, a guiding member, and a fixing mechanism. The hinge mechanism is installed on a frame. The holding base is pivoted to the frame by the hinge mechanism. The holding base includes a main casing, a first holding casing and a second holding casing. The first holding casing and the second holding casing respectively extends from the main casing. The main casing, the first holding casing, and a second holding casing cooperatively define a clamping slot for holding an electronic device. The guiding member is disposed inside the clamping slot and for guiding the electronic device into the clamping slot. The fixing mechanism is disposed inside the holding base and capable of switching between a locking status and a releasing status, so as to lock or release the electronic device.

    Abstract: Photothermal antibacterial material RMG is provided in the present invention, where R represents aldehyde, di-aldehyde or multi-aldehyde, M is magnetic material, and G is reduced graphene oxide. A method of synthesizing the abovementioned antibacterial material comprises of three steps. At first graphene oxide was synthesized, followed by simultaneous reduction and functionlization with MNPs and eventually an aldehyde is modified on magnetic material to yield magnetic G functionalized glutaraldehyde (RMG). We utilize the photothermal feature of graphene for antibacterial activity, in addition graphene was functionalized with aldehyde for capturing bacteria and with magnetic material to enhance a focusing of light irradiation. Moreover, the magnetic properties of material could help for reusability of antibacterial material.

    Abstract: A method of fabrication a transistor device with a non-uniform stress layer including the following processes. First, a semiconductor substrate having a first transistor region is provided. A low temperature deposition process is carried out to form a first tensile stress layer on a transistor within the first transistor region, wherein a temperature of the low temperature deposition process is lower than 300 degree Celsius (° C.). Then, a high temperature annealing process is performed, wherein a temperature of the high temperature annealing process is at least 150° C. higher than a temperature of the low temperature deposition process. Finally, a second tensile stress layer is formed on the first tensile stress layer, wherein the first tensile stress layer has a tensile stress lower than a tensile stress of the second tensile stress layer.

    Abstract: A test method tests a memory device including a memory array having a plurality of symmetric memory cells, a plurality of word lines and a plurality of bit lines. In testing a first word line, a first bit line is charged to test a single bit of a first half of an adjacent first symmetric memory cell; and a second bit line is charged to test a single bit of a second half of an adjacent second symmetric memory cell. In testing a second word line, the first bit line is charged to test a single bit of the second half of an adjacent third symmetric memory cell; and the second bit line is charged to test a single bit of the first half of an adjacent fourth symmetric memory cell. In testing each of the word lines, each of the bit lines is charged once.
