    Abstract: A tension testing device for use in a tension test for evaluating the strength of bond between a body and a pin of an electronic device includes a base, a tensiometer, a hanger, and a clamp. The base includes a supporting member and a carrying member, wherein the tensiometer is carried by the carrying member and includes a pulling portion. The hanger is coupled to the pulling portion for underpinning the body and project the pin in the direction of the base. The clamp is disposed on the base, positioned beside the hanger, for clamping the pin. The tension testing device protects the electronic device against test-induced deformation, dispenses with an intricate step of the welding and unwelding of the pin and a test lead, precludes a tension test-induced component of force, manifests ease of use, ensures test stability, and enhances test efficiency and reliability.

A base of the casing includes a sheath hole having a first connection portion, a first ring-shaped flange formed around an upper side of the lens ring, a second connection portion formed between upper and lower sides of the lens ring, and a second ring-shaped flange formed around the lens ring and abutted against an upper side of the sheath hole and a lower side of the first connection portion, and the first and second ring-shaped flanges of the lens ring are separated from the sheath hole by an interval. A flexible ring is clamped between the first and second connection portions and disposed between the first and second ring-shaped flanges, such that the casing can have a greater manufacturing tolerance to reduce manufacturing costs, and provide a better hand feel of turning the lens ring.

The stencil has a solder paste printing region and a plurality of fixing regions. The edge of the solder paste printing region extends outward to define the fixing regions. The fixing regions are movably fixed to the fixing portions and bear the pulling forces. The solder paste printing region lies within the hollowed-out planar region. The directions of the pulling forces are coplanar with the solder paste printing region.

The electric conduction element is installed on the second side in the enclosure space, and the circuit board is installed between the electric conduction element and the lower casing. With a supersonic welding technique, the upper casing and the lower casing are engaged with each other to seal the enclosure space and isolate the electric conduction element in the enclosure space and the circuit board from the exterior.

With the micro base station and the method of providing services to the vehicle, chances of performing a handshaking process between the communication device installed on the vehicle and the core network base station are greatly reduced, and the stability of signals received by the mobile communication device is highly improved. After determining the presence of a fall state, the state-determining unit will output a fall instruction and which causes the central processing unit to enter a low current mode; meanwhile, the power supply switching unit monitors power output and continues to supply low-potential power. In case of a fall of the hand-held electronic device, the device and method protect operation data and reduce the otherwise power-consuming current. The less power-consuming current is conducive to the reduction of capacitance required for a backup battery. The low current mode is effective in reducing the time taken to recover the operation mode of the electronic device.

    Abstract: A printed circuit board grounding structure for use with a communication apparatus is configured for use with a printed circuit board to contact a grounded casing and thereby form a grounded circuit capable of electromagnetic wave shielding. The printed circuit board ground structure includes a copper conductive layer and a plurality of solder contacts. The copper conductive layer is circumferentially disposed along the periphery of the printed circuit board. The solder contacts are disposed on the copper conductive layer and used for electrically contacting with the casing. The printed circuit board grounding structure prevents deterioration of electromagnetic wave shielding despite oxidation of the copper conductive layer. The circumferentially-disposed copper conductive layer blocks electromagnetic wave generated from inside the printed circuit board, prevents leakage of the electromagnetic wave, and ultimately prevents the electromagnetic wave from interfering with other electronic apparatuses.
