The monitoring system can include a real time imaging system with a camera and lights to capture images of the assay. Each smart regulating transformer includes a transformer body coupled to the transmission and distribution network, a voltage regulator, and a monitoring terminal. A detecting module is disposed on the transformer body to obtain operation status data that includes a voltage and a current of a low-voltage side. The voltage regulator is coupled to the transformer body, so that the voltage of the low-voltage side is compensated to be within a rated voltage range. The monitoring terminal is coupled to the detecting module for collecting the operation status data and generating an abnormal status message, and transmits the operation status data or the abnormal status message to the backend management system through the communication infrastructure.

    Abstract: The described technology induces sterility in female animals by a single injection of progestin containing implants formulated to elevate progesterone level for an extended period to neonatal animals. The sterilant can be progesterone or its derivatives which can activate progesterone receptors. Such formulation may be achieved by using a biodegradable copolymer that releases progesterone for more than 10 days. The progesterone-containing implant can be injected intramuscularly, subcutaneously, or intraperitoneally. The progesterone released from the implants over an extended period then prevents the development of uterine glands, thereby irreversibly sterilizing the female animals.

The advanced defluoridation agent includes 40-70 wt % of polyaluminum sulfate, 0.3-30 wt % of hydroxyapatite and deionized water supplemented to 100 wt %. Using the advanced defluoridation agent of the present disclosure to treat fluoride-containing wastewater can achieve increased defluorination efficiency, reduced electrical conductivity, and reduced sludge content, and a better defluorination effect. The concentration of fluoride ions is lower than 15 ppm after using the advanced defluoridation agent of the present disclosure.
