    Abstract: A rotary spindle head with gear reducer is provided, which comprises a rotary spindle unit, a fork-shaped type spindle base and a driving unit. The fork-shaped spindle base is for linking up the rotary spindle unit with a machine tool, and the driving unit comprises a torque motor and a gear reducer which are sited coaxially on the fork-shaped spindle base. The gear reducer is connected to the rotary spindle unit to drive and rotate the rotary spindle unit in the fork-shaped spindle base. The gear reducer is designed to lower decelerating rate. Besides, the input and output of the gear reducer are coaxial design, the torque of torque motor could be magnified to several times and maintain higher rotational speed to do the high speed light cutting and high torque heavy cutting work.

    Abstract: A dual-mode switching power control device includes an electric transformer, a PWM driving controller, a switching transistor, an isolation element, an output diode and an output capacitor. The PWM driving controller is connected to the switching transistor coupled to the electric transformer. The first side inductor of the electric transformer and the switching transistor are coupled to an input power, and the second side inductor of the electric transformer is coupled to the output diode. The output capacitor and a load are connected in series. The output power is converted into a feedback signal by the isolation element. The PWM driving controller determines to perform DCM or CCM based on the feedback signal to control the current flowing through the electric transformer, and the output power is generated. Therefore, the efficiency of power conversion is improved and is suitable for high power applications.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a linear light source having light guide with tapered saw tooth structures for Charge Coupling Device Module (CCDM). The linear light source comprises a light guide and at least two Light Emitting Diodes (LED's). The light guide includes two incident surfaces, a reflective surface, two refractive surfaces and an ejective surface. The reflective surface has a tapered saw tooth structure; the LEDs are disposed at two ends of the light guide. Upon emission of light from the LEDs, light enters into the light guide, reflected by the tapered saw tooth structures, and then ejected from the ejective surface. It is possible to form a U-shaped lambert distribution in the sub scanning direction, thereby generating the complementary effect for the pickup lens and the CCD image sensor of CCDM, as well as to create a linearly converged lambert distribution in the main scanning direction.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a shared image scanning method and picture scanner thereof. The method includes the steps of: sharing a desired scanning document into image areas; constructing images captured from each image area into a whole document sensing image to be used by the scanner. The scanner includes reflecting mirrors, light source modules and image sensing modules in a frame. The reflecting mirrors are installed in the frame with an interval apart from each other and corresponding to the image areas. The light source modules project lights onto the image areas to produce document images which are captured by the corresponding image sensing module and converted into image signals, and processed by an image processing unit to produce a whole document sensing image signal. Thus, the scanner applying the shared image method of the present invention can complete a document scanning quickly.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a linear light source having light guide with taped saw tooth structures for Charge Coupling Device Module (CCDM). The linear light source comprises a light guide and at least two Light Emitting Diodes (LED's). The light guide includes two incident surfaces, a reflective surface, two refractive surfaces and an ejective surface. The reflective surface has a taped saw tooth structure; the LEDs are disposed at two ends of the light guide. Upon emission of light from the LEDs, light enters into the light guide, reflected by the taped saw tooth structures, and then ejected from the ejective surface. It is possible to form a U-shaped lambert distribution in the sub scanning direction, thereby generating the complementary effect for the pickup lens and the CCD image sensor of CCDM, as well as to create a linearly converged lambert distribution in the main scanning direction.
