    Abstract: A home appliance includes a controlled assembly, a control module, and a signal converter. The control module is electrically connected to the controlled assembly, and the control module has a port for receiving an electrical signal. The control module controls the controlled assembly according to the electrical signal received through the port. The signal converter receives a wireless control signal, and converts the wireless control signal into the electrical signal to be transmitted to the port. The signal converter is selected from a plurality of signal converters which respectively convert signals of different types. While assembling, the signal converter is connected to the port, which makes the control module and the connected signal converter constitute a control device of the home appliance. Whereby, the inventory pressure of control devices can be reduced for manufacturers.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a funnel apparatus for filling of liquids, which comprises a funnel, a sealing means, a locking means, and a soft tube. The funnel apparatus has a fluid receiving member and a tubular member provided for carrying fluid. The latter has a passageway that has a top end portion installed with a handle, and a bottom end portion equipped with a stopper provided for blocking movement of the tubular member. The plunger rod has recessed portions patterned in a longitudinal orientation across its surface. The locking means has an assembly bore and a rim connected with a series of spokes; the assembly bore is fixedly disposed at an end of the receiving member so the plunger rod stretches over the assembly bore and can move axially thereby. The soft tube is inserted into the recessed portions on the plunger rod for providing an air exchange functionality.

    Abstract: An interface chip with a built-in self-test mechanism. An electrical physical layer (EPHY) provides a signal to a transmission terminal of the interface chip, and gets a signal from a reception terminal of the interface chip. A digital code generator generates a source code to be scrambled as a scrambled code and then encoded by an encoder and conveyed to the EPHY to be converted into the signal that is provided to the transmission terminal by the EPHY. The EPHY further converts the signal received from the reception terminal into a receiving code to be decoded by a decoder as a decoded code and then descrambled by the descrambler as a restored code. When the transmission terminal is coupled back to the interface chip via the reception terminal, the code checker checks whether the restored code matches the source code.

The base insert has ferromagnetic properties, includes a second material and has a flat circular bottom portion and an outer circumferential vertical portion. The flat circular bottom portion of the base insert is located between the FDB motor hub and the base to enhance yield strength therebetween and a bottom portion of the FDB motor hub is surrounded by the outer circumferential vertical portion of the base insert to generate preload for the FDB motor hub.

By connecting the third metal layer to Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) device, anti-Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) is available. By increasing the thicknesses of the first inter-metal dielectric layer and the second inter-metal dielectric layer, sensitivity of the enhanced capacitive fingerprint sensing unit can be improved.

The processor receives abnormal signals outputted by the abnormal voltage detection circuit, and outputs signals to control the power switching circuit, the control circuit, the protection circuit, the first valve switching circuit, and the second valve switching circuit to control the first driver and the second driver. The main valve and the safety valve can be opened or closed in this way.

    Abstract: A printed circuit board having an electronic component embedded is disclosed. The printed circuit board has four electrically conductive layers and three core layers formed interleavedly. By properly removing a portion of the printed circuit board, the electronic component can be exposed. It has advantages that the exposed electronic component can be a CCD, CMOS or module. When the devices mentioned are embedded in the printed circuit board, one part of them can be exposed from the printed circuit board for normal functions. The overall thickness of the printed circuit board assembly can be minimized to meet the trend of compact design of electronic products.
