An assigned task is generated by a task assignment apparatus to the computing apparatus. The computing apparatus generates a signing request based on the assigned task to be transmitted to a client apparatus. The client apparatus downloads an assignment file from a storage database based on the signing request to display the assignment file on a display. The client apparatus receives an input via an input unit to generate a signature object on the assignment file, and transmits the signature object to the computing apparatus. After receiving the signature object, the computing apparatus combines the signature object and the assignment file to obtain a signed file, and transmits the signed file to the storage database.

Each one of the templates has multiple preset skeleton checking points and multiple movement threshold values respectively corresponding to the multiple preset skeleton checking points. The at least one first electronic device records an image of a first user to generate a skeleton streaming data. In a live broadcast, the at least one first electronic device determines whether the skeleton streaming data is abnormal according to the multiple templates. When abnormal, the at least one first electronic device outputs an abnormality notification. The second electronic device receives the abnormality notification in the live broadcast and displays the abnormality notification and a corresponding message.

    Abstract: Techniques described herein include performing a first anneal operation on a first portion of the interconnect, filling the remaining portion of the interconnect, and then performing a second anneal operation on the interconnect. The two-step anneal techniques described herein enable the removal of defects in an interconnect structure, particularly for high aspect ratio interconnect structures. Accordingly, the two-step anneal techniques described herein may be used to fabricate defect free or near defect free interconnect structures in a semiconductor device. This reduces contact resistance for the interconnect structures, reduces premature device failure for the semiconductor device, increases manufacturing yield, and increases tolerance of the interconnect structures to subsequent processing operations, among other examples.
