    Abstract: A container for carrying and pouring flowable materials having a bucket portion with a side portion, a closed bottom portion and an upper rim area at least partially defining an open top; a handle attached near or on the upper rim area; at least three gripping surfaces located in the closed bottom portion of the bucket portion to permit multiple means of gripping the container. A method for dispensing flowable materials having the steps of gripping a handle rotatably affixed to a container having material therein with a first hand, wherein at least a portion of the handle is located above a discharge opening of the container; gripping a gripping surface located about the middle of the bottom of the container with a second hand; and tipping the container to discharge material from within the container using the first hand and the handle as a pivot point while lifting the bottom of the container with the second hand gripping the gripping surface.

A frame has an applanation end and an attachment end which is adapted to couple to the surgical laser system. A lens is disposed near the applanation end of the frame and is supported by a flexible support which affixes the lens to the frame.

    Abstract: The present invention is directed to a scoop for French fries comprising a mouth for scooping French fries from a bin, a funnel extending from the mouth at a first end and sized to accept an empty French fry package at a second end, wherein the mouth and the funnel share a central longitudinal axis. A handle is mounted substantially along the central longitudinal axis of the funnel and the mouth. The scoop may also include a hood at least partially covering the mouth. The funnel can either be substantially open or closed. The handle can be mounted to the funnel or the hood, if present. A shield may be connected to the hood to provide additional safety and sanitary enhancements.

An additional modular cabinet can be provided for accommodating additional colorant canisters. A drip containment system is disposed in the modular shelf unit.

The valve lock includes a first housing having first and second contact points for engaging the pipe and a retention chamber that receives the handle. The first housing is in a final position to prevent rotation of the handle when the retention chamber receives the handle and the first and second contact points are seated against the pipe. A second housing has a third contact point for engaging the pipe and a lock member for disposition relative to the first housing when the first housing is in the final position and the third contact point is seated against the pipe. The lock member receives the shackle of a padlock to secure the lock member to the first housing.
