  • Publication number: 20100299016
Abstract: The invention relates to an activation system (1) for a robotic vehicle (2), comprising at least one external camera (8) configured for generating image data of a work area (3) and of at least one robotic vehicle (2), and comprising at least one external logic unit (10) configured for determining the position of the at least one robotic vehicle (2) based on the image data generated by the camera (8), and comprising an external transmission unit (15, 20) configured for transmitting driving instructions, and comprising a receiving unit (16, 21) configured for receiving the driving instructions, and further comprising a controller (18) for activating drive means of at least one robotic vehicle (2) based on the driving instructions.

  • Publication number: 20100066039
Abstract: An adjustment drive for local adjustment of a chassis component. The drive including a mounting (8), a first wheel (1) having a common first center line (9) and rotational axis, a second wheel (2), which is eccentric to the first wheel (1), has a second center line (13) that is parallel to the first center line (9), a third wheel (3) having a common third center line (10) and rotational axis. The third center line is either parallel to or coincident with the first center line (9). A drive system (16) is coupled to the mounting (8) and rotates at least the first and third wheels (1, 3). The second wheel (2) is eccentric to the third wheel (3) and is supported thereon so as to rotate about the second center line (13), and the first wheel (1) is coupled to the second wheel (2) for transmitting rotational motion.

  • Patent number: 7162485
Abstract: The disclosed teachings provide methods and systems for efficient evaluation of XPath queries. In particular, the disclosed evaluation methods require only polynomial time with respect to the total size of an input XPath query and an input XML document. Crucial for the new methods is the notion of “context-value tables”. This idea can be further refined for queries in Core XPath and XSLT Patterns so as to yield even a linear time evaluation method. Moreover, the disclosed methods can be used for improving existing methods and systems for processing XPath expressions so to guarantee polynomial worst-case complexity.

  • Patent number: 6631757
Abstract: A combined component consists of a heat exchanger and a reactor. The heat exchanger is designed in a plate form, and flow spaces for a first medium and a second medium are alternately defined between successive plates. The plates of the heat exchanger are configured as essentially annular. The heat exchanger has, substantially perpendicularly to the plates, a tubular outer wall and a tubular inner wall. The reactor is surrounded by the inner wall of the heat exchanger. The product of the reactor is conducted through supply orifices on the inner wall of the heat exchanger into the flow spaces for one of the two fluids in the heat exchanger.
