    Abstract: Probes for formaldehyde (FA) including a homoallylamine trigger group attached to a detectable moiety are provided. Aspects of the probes include luminogenic or fluorogenic probes, such as a probe including a quencher in energy-receiving proximity to a fluorophore. Also provided are methods of using the probes for sensitive and bio orthogonal detection of FA in a sample. Aspects of the methods include selectively reacting the probe with the formaldehyde in the sample to a release (e.g., via a 2-aza-Cope rearrangement) a reporter group comprising a detectable moiety. Aspects of the methods detecting formaldehyde in a cell, tissue, organ or fluid in a subject. Also provided are compositions and kits including the subject probes that find use in practicing various embodiments of the subject methods.

Applicable parameter(s) of the first template may be actively associated with the at least part of the first metadata corresponding to the at least one structural element. The first content instance may be transformed by a rendering engine running on the at least one computer processor.

    Abstract: The method, system, and computer-readable medium facilitates monitoring a vehicle operator during the course of vehicle operation to determine whether the vehicle operator is in an emotionally impaired state (e.g., aggressive or agitated) and presenting appropriate stimuli (e.g., music or sound recordings) to the vehicle operator when impairment is detected. The vehicle operator, the environment surrounding the vehicle, or forces acting on the vehicle may be monitored using a variety of sensors, including optical sensors, accelerometers, or biometric sensors (e.g., skin conductivity, heart rate, or voice modulation). When the vehicle operator is determined to be in an emotionally impaired state, stimuli are selected to improve the emotional state of the vehicle operator. The selection is based on sensor data and data regarding prior responses of the vehicle operator to various stimuli. After selection, the stimuli are presented to the vehicle operator while monitoring continues.

Responsive to determining the data of the write request targets less than the entirety of the first block, the first shader unit reads the first block from the cache and decompress the first block. Next, the first shader unit merges the data of the write request with the decompressed first block. Then, the shader unit compresses the merged data and writes the merged data to the cache.

    Abstract: Techniques presented herein provide an improved relay user experience and improved management of scarce computing and network resources as the number of relay endpoints increases. A sourcing endpoint device may generate a media feed, such as video and/or audio feed, representing contribution from a conference participant. The sourcing endpoint device may generate a priority value for the media feed, and the priority value may be transmitted to other members of the relay along with the input feed. Priority values of the different relay participants may be used by other devices, for example, intermediate servers or receiving endpoint devices, to manage aspects of the relay. For example, a relay server may prune streams from select endpoint devices based on relative priority values received from those devices. Alternatively, receiving endpoint devices may alter presentation of received feeds based on their associated priority values.
