  • Patent number: 12662919
Abstract: The invention disclosed herein provides methods for analyzing oil production properties of an oil well. Methods comprise comparing characteristics of one or more samples of solid material (e.g., petroleum cuttings) or fluids with a produced fluid. Comparative analyses can occur between samples collected within a single well or across two or more wells. Select compounds, such as hydrocarbons, and select relationship(s) between compounds such as ratios of directly measured compounds or, e.g., classes thereof, are typically used in the methods; select methods (e.g., gentle volatiles extraction) are typically used to derive the compounds; or both. In a first exemplary application, methods herein are used to identify locations of relatively higher likelihood of petroleum productivity within a well. In a second exemplary application, methods are used to identify the likelihood of shared source locations (provenance) between oil samples.

  • Patent number: 12664191
Abstract: A non-transitory computer readable storage medium has instructions executed by a processor to utilize natural language processing operations to produce technology standard document segments from a technology standard document. The technology standard document segments are converted to a knowledge graph characterizing relationships between the technology standard document segments. The structure of the knowledge graph, regulatory compliance rules and product information are utilized to derive large language model prompts for technology standard document segments. Output from the large language model is used to form probability ratings of requirements to test the product.

  • Publication number: 20260166514
Abstract: A method of operating a metal hydride reactor system includes connecting thermal fluid channels of a first subset of reactors together in series and the gas ports to a first chamber, connecting thermal fluid channels of a second subset of reactors together in series and the gas ports to a second chamber. With each reactor at a different starting hydrogen concentration and substantially equal starting pressure, a first thermal fluid flows through the connected thermal fluid channels of the first subset to cause hydrogen desorption. A similar process occurs with the second subset and a second thermal fluid to cause hydrogen absorption. The method further includes heating a first exchange reactor separate from the first and second subsets to raise a temperature of its metal hydride bed, and cooling a second exchange reactor separate from the first and second subsets to reduce a temperature of its metal hydride bed.
