  • Patent number: 11570048
Abstract: A system is presented for provisioning resources on a target cloud platform based on a platform-independent specification of a data center. The system identifies data center entities represented within the platform-independent declarative specification and generates data structures and metadata representations of the data center entities. The system then generates instructions for provisioning services or deploying applications for creating one or more services on the target cloud platform based on the data structures and metadata representations of the data center entities according to the declarative specification. The system sends the generated instructions for execution on the target cloud computing platform, where the target cloud computing platform executes the instructions to generate the data center. The system provides users with access to the computing resources of the data center created by the cloud computing platform.

  • Publication number: 20220406220
Abstract: A method is disclosed as including sending, to a remote server, information identifying a first location within a building. In response to such sending, data may be received from the remote server. The data may comprise a plurality of unique identifiers, each unique identifier thereof corresponding to a unique radio tag located in a unique location within the building. The data may be used to deliver to a user a first series of audible commands guiding the user within the building toward the first location. For example, a first radio transmission may be received from a first radio tag located within the building. The first radio transmission may communicate a first identifier that is associated within the data to first navigation information. Thus, the first navigation information may be used to guide the user within the building toward the first location.

  • Publication number: 20220365507
Abstract: The disclosed technology relates to an intelligent motion control system that utilizes onboard sensors and processing to guide a surface manipulation machine along a path of travel on a surface, confirm a position of the machine with respect to the surface, and actuate a surface manipulation tool to achieve a desired surface profile or locate a point of interest. The system may include a first and second surface profiler that is configured to scan a surface on which the system travels and a positional sensor configured to generate positional data representing a position of the machine. The processor is configured to generate topography data based on output received from the first surface profiler, generate intermediate data based on output received from the second profiler, compare the intermediate data with the topography data to calculate an offset; and control motion of the system based on the offset.

  • Publication number: 20220282428
Abstract: Disclosed are multi-ply tissue products comprising a non-crosslinked binder that are durable and dispersible. The products generally have a Slosh time less than 2 minutes, such as less than about 60 seconds, such as less than about 45 seconds. Surprisingly, the foregoing Slosh times are achieved despite the tissue products having relatively high cross-machine direction (CD) wet tensile strength, such as greater than about 100 g/3?. Typically, increasing wet tensile strength, particularly wet CD tensile strength, negatively effects dispersability and increases Slosh time. Despite this trend, the present invention surprisingly provides a tissue product having a relatively high degree of wet strength and good dispersability.

  • Publication number: 20220233301
Abstract: A tendon stretching mechanism which engages the torn tendon using sutures. A second end of the sutures is exposed through the skin. Using a tensioning mechanism, a selectively pull is applied to the second end of the sutures to gradually stretch the tendon. This stretching of the tendon may take a week or more or until the tendon has been sufficiently elongated for reattachment to the bone. The tensioning mechanism is either manually operated or is automatic.

  • Publication number: 20220228322
Abstract: Disclosed are non-treated, creped tissue webs, and tissue products produced therefrom, having low stiffness and surface lint. The inventive products may be produced by a print creping process adapted to dispose a non-crosslinked latex polymer on at least one of the outer surfaces of the tissue product. The non-crosslinked latex polymer creping composition does not negatively affect stiffness such that the products generally have a Stiffness Index less than about 5.0, such as from about 2.5 to about 5.0.

  • Publication number: 20220212322
Abstract: This invention is directed to a filter removal tool comprising: a cup configured to engage with a filter so that rotating the cup rotates the filter; an opening in a shaft or cup and extending through the cup so that when a puncture cap that can be received into the cup punctures the filter, fluid flows from the filter out of the cup. The shaft can transition from a first position to a second position wherein the puncture cap can puncture the filter in the second position. A wrench or other tool can be used to remove the filter using the cup. The cup can be secured to the filter with a magnet or collet assembly. A tube can be connected to the cup to direct fluid that exits the filter. An impact member can be used to force the puncture cap into the filter.
