The contact is in contact with a top surface of the dielectric layer and an inner sidewall of the dielectric layer. The metal-containing layer is over and in contact with the contact, and a portion of the metal-containing layer is directly above the dielectric layer. The metal contact is over and in contact with the metal-containing layer.

Abstract: A semiconductor component is provided in the present invention. The semiconductor component includes a substrate, a semiconductor working layer disposed on the substrate, an insulating layer disposed on an upper surface of the semiconductor working layer, plural conducting electrodes, and at least a metal layer floated on the upper surface of the semiconductor working layer and within the insulating layer. The conducting electrodes include plural working electrodes disposed within the insulating layer and plural connecting electrodes disposed over the upper surface of the semiconductor working layer. By floating the at least a metal layer on the semiconductor working layer and controlling occupied area of the metal layer and the conducting electrodes on the upper surface of the semiconductor working layer, heat dissipation performance of the semiconductor component can be effectively increased.

The sampling module comprises a liquid absorbent storage tank (64), a liquid reagent storage tank (61), an air pump (51), a relay pump (52), a sampling bottle (212), a reaction bottle (21), a sampling syringe (29), and a cuvette (32). The air pump (51) is used to draw air into the sampling bottle (212). The relay pump (52) is used to draw a liquid absorbent in the liquid absorbent storage tank (64) into the sampling bottle (212), to draw a solution in the sampling bottle (212) into the reaction bottle (21), and to draw a liquid reagent in the liquid reagent storage tank (61) into the reaction bottle (21). The cuvette (32) is provided on a conveyor (33). The sampling syringe (29) can draw all solution in the reaction bottle (21) into the cuvette (32) provided on the conveyor (33). The receiving hole defines a hole body arranged in an axial direction, and an open hole bottom at a bottom of the hole body. The main circuit includes a lower contact point. The radiation unit induces an effect of coupling feed with respect to the hold body to make the bolt pin forming an upper monopole antenna. The bolt seat includes a lower monopole antenna and a locking hole into which the bolt pin is insertable. When the lower monopole antenna is electrically connected with the lower contact point, the upper and lower monopole antennas jointly form a standard dipole antenna to emit a signal that is monitorable.

The plug bolt includes a bolt pin having an upper buckle and a receiving hole that receives a circuit device including an RFID chip and a lower contact point therein. The bolt seat includes a lower monopole antenna, a locking hole into which the bolt pin is insertable, and a lower buckle by which the upper buckle is positionable. The bolt pin is manipulatable to lock up with the bolt seat and set the lower monopole antenna and the lower contact point in electrical connection to activate the RFID chip. The lower monopole antenna includes a spring at a location corresponding to the locking hole. The spring provides preloading for keeping electrical connection between the lower monopole antenna and the lower contact point. The spring is set to match with a frequency band of a host device.

A high-side switch is turned on or off according to the high-side conduction signal from the driver circuit. A low-side switch is turned on or off according to the low-side conduction signal from the driver circuit. The oscillator circuit receives the high-side conduction signal from the driver circuit. The oscillator circuit, according to the high-side conduction signal, determines whether or not the clock signal outputted to the control circuit needs to be adjusted.

When the second communication module is able to communicate with the base station, the ship utilizes the second communication module perform data transmission with the coastal calculation center via the base station; when the second communication module is unable to communicate with the base station, the ship utilizes the first communication module perform data transmission with the coastal calculation center via the satellite communication device.
