    Abstract: A glitch-free low-pass filter circuit includes an integrating circuit, a Schmitt trigger, a first feedback logic circuit and a second feedback logic circuit. The integrating circuit is used to integrate an input signal to generate an integral signal. The Schmitt trigger is used to receive the integral signal to generate a hysteresis signal. The first feedback logic circuit is used to pull the integral signal to a reset voltage or up to the set voltage based on an inverted input signal and an inverted hysteresis signal, wherein the inverted input signal and the inverted hysteresis signal are generated by performing an inversion process. The second feedback logic circuit is used to pull the integral signal down to the reset voltage or up to the set voltage based on the inverted hysteresis signal and an output signal, wherein the output signal is generated by performing the inversion process twice.

The radiation unit induces an effect of coupling feed with respect to the hold body to make the bolt pin forming an upper monopole antenna. The bolt seat includes a lower monopole antenna and a locking hole into which the bolt pin is insertable. When the lower monopole antenna is electrically connected with the lower contact point, the upper and lower monopole antennas jointly form a standard dipole antenna to emit a signal that is monitorable.

The method includes: depositing a first dielectric layer and a second dielectric layer over a semiconductor substrate; depositing a bottom electrode layer over the second dielectric layer, and forming an MTJ stack and a hard mask layer over the bottom electrode layer; patterning the hard mask layer and forming at least one MTJ pillar by etching the MTJ stack with the patterned hard mask layer serving as a mask; depositing a first ILD layer over a top surface of the hard mask layer and on sidewalls of the hard mask layer and MTJ pillar; performing a first etch-back process on the first ILD layer, such that a surface of the first ILD layer on each side of the hard mask layer and the MTJ pillar forms a slope of 40°-70° with respect to a surface of the semiconductor substrate.
