    Abstract: A blade wheel structure for axial fan includes a hub and a plurality of blades circumferentially outward extended from the hub. Each of the blades has a tip portion, which is located at a windward side of the blade and is curved in shape. With the curved tip portions of the blades, it is able to create largely increased air pressure and reduce the noise produced during fan operation.

    Abstract: A method for manufacturing a semiconductor device using a plasma-enhanced atomic layer deposition is provided. A substrate comprising a silicon substrate and a first oxide layer is provided. Stacked structures are deposited on the substrate, which comprises a dielectric layer and a conductive layer. The stacked structures are etched to form at least one trench. A second oxide layer is deposited on the stacked structures and the trench using a plasma-enhanced atomic layer deposition apparatus includes a chamber, an upper electrode including nozzles, and a lower electrode. The upper electrode is connected to a first radio-frequency power device configured to generate plasma and a second radio-frequency power device configured to clean the nozzles. The lower electrode is connected to a third radio-frequency power device. A high resistance layer is deposited on the second oxide layer and a low resistance layer is deposited on the high resistance layer.

The autonomous refueling vehicle is also adapted to autonomously move itself to the hydrogen source to allow the hydrogen refueling module to removably connect to the hydrogen source for refueling of the propulsion pods.

    Abstract: A fan frame structure includes a frame having a bottom surface, a top surface and a flow passage. The flow passage is located between the bottom surface and the top surface, and the bottom surface and the top surface are provided with an outlet opening and an inlet opening, respectively, which are communicable with the flow passage. The outlet opening has an outlet edge, on and along which a plurality of notches communicable with the flow passage is cut. By providing the notches on the outlet edge, it is able to largely reduce the noise and the vibration produced when a fan operates.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a pneumonia detection device for detecting an exhaled air of a patient to determine whether the lungs of the patient have been infected by at least one bacterial species. The device comprises a multi-gas sensing module, a temperature and humidity control module, and an operation control unit. The multi-gas sensing module comprises a gas sensor array reacting with a gas metabolized from the bacteria to generate a plurality of characteristic signals. The temperature and humidity control module controls and measures an operational condition of 45° C.-60° C. and humidity between 7% and 20% for the gas sensor array. The gas sensor array contacts with the exhaled air to generate a plurality of measurement signals. The operation control unit comparisons the measurement signals and the characteristic signals of different bacteria to generate a result determining whether the patient has contracted the bacteria.

    Abstract: A nonlinear optical crystal (NLO) with a phase matching angle that is corrected with a source laser beam for harmonic conversion. The source laser only has to be within a wavelength range depending on the dispersion of the crystal while the crystal is tilted to the calculated expected conversion angle of the source laser as reference. The angle correction is accomplished with a parallel kinematic motion device to which a nonlinear crystal is mounted on a platform, to determine the wavelength- and temperature-specific angle with active laser alignment and subsequent precision resurfacing. The invented phase matching angle correction is applicable to any uniaxial and biaxial NLO crystals in a wide range of wavelengths, e.g., from far ultraviolet to visible to far infrared. It is of most value for NLO crystals of large walk-off and is applicable to any prior art frequency converting architectures.
