Abstract: An exemplary audio playback method is applied on an audio playback device. The audio playback device includes a touch screen and a storage unit. The storage unit stores audio files. The method includes controlling the touch screen to display a playlist and a scroll bar comprising a scroll block for operating. The method then associates the position of the scroll block in the scroll bar with the audio files. Next, the method detects whether the scroll block is operated. Lastly, the method determines the position of the scroll block in the scroll bar when the scroll block is dragged, and selects one audio file at least according to the determined position of the scroll block in the scroll bar.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a facile method of preparing 1,4-bis(chlorodifluoromethyl)benzene, comprising the steps of: (A) providing a reactant liquid of 1,4-bis(difluoromethyl)benzene; optionally (B) providing a light source for UV radiation; and (C) introducing chlorine gas into the reactant liquid at a temperature of 50-90° C. under a pressure above 1 atm to obtain 1,4-Bis(chlorodifluoromethyl)benzene. The invented facile method can be utilized in a batch process or a continuous process for effective production of 1,4-bis(chlorodifluoromethyl)benzene.

Abstract: A 3D image processing method includes providing image data, generating a first visual angle image and a second visual angle image according to the 3D image data, blurring the first visual angle image, enhancing the second visual angle image, and displaying the blurred first visual angle image and the enhanced second visual angle image. The 3D image processing method reduces a ghost effect when watching 3D images.

Abstract: An exemplary adjusting method is implemented by a wrist-worn device. The wrist-worn device is capable of working in several modes. The wrist-worn device includes a case, a display, and a touch sensitive unit. The touch sensitive unit is fixed to the case. The method includes: monitoring touches on the touch sensitive unit, and switch from a current working mode to another working mode in a cycle if the touches are recognized after comparison with stored touches.

Abstract: A product ordering system storing the information of 3D product models including data for forming each of the 3D product models and the scale of each of the 3D product models. A method for ordering a product using the system includes first capturing an image. Then, sensing the distance between the image capturing unit and the user, next, obtaining specific image data from the captured image according to one selected 3D product model, then, converting life size data needed to form a 3D model of the user according to the focus of the image capturing unit and the sensed distance. After that, generating a 3D model of the user according to the scale of the 3D product model, and overlaying the selected 3D product model with the 3D model of the user and displaying the combination for viewing by the user.

Abstract: An identity authentication method is applied on a system. The system is connected to an external storage device storing a first voice model. The system includes an information server and a terminal. The information server includes a database. The information server executes the following steps. First, receiving the first voice model transmitted by the terminal. Second, determining whether the first voice model matches one second voice model, and transmitting the verification result to the terminal. The terminal executes the following steps. First, generating a prompt to prompt the user to input voice signals. Second, receiving the input voice signals. Third, extracting voice features from the input voice signals. Fourth, determining whether the extracted voice features matches the first voice model. Fifth, determining the verification result is successful when matches, and determining the identity authentication is success only when two verification results are both successful.

Abstract: A projection device with a brightness adjustment function includes a polarization beam splitter (PBS), a light source, a reflective display, a lens module, a power supply unit, a light detection unit and a power controller. The light source emits light to the PBS. The PBS reflects a portion of the light to the reflective display, and transmits a remaining portion of the light. The lens module projects the images. The light detection unit acquires a digital value of a portion of the light reflected by the PBS that is not received by the reflective display, and compares the digital value with a predetermined digital value to generate a control signal. The power controller for adjusts power from the power supply unit to the light source according to the control signal until the digital value matches the predetermined digital value of the light from the light source.

The method includes determining the inclining angle according to the voltage value and the stored relationship; calculating the ratio of the length of the upper side of the projection area of a source image projected onto a projection surface to the length of the lower side of the projection area of a source image projected onto the projection surface, and inversing the ratio to determine a correction coefficient; and modifying the source image to display the source image onto the projection surface.
