    Abstract: An electronic device includes a touch screen, a storage unit storing a number of electronic files and relationships between touch contacts and functions, and a processing unit. The touch screen produces contact signals in response to user's touch contacts. The processing unit detects the according to the contact signals, determines a function corresponding to the user's touch contact according to the relationships. In addition, determines the function is a data transmitting function when the contact track of the user is slid on the touch screen toward an edge of the touch screen and the contact pressure is changed from heavy to light. The processing unit further determines an electronic file currently activated and transmits the determined electronic file, when determining the function is the data transmitting function.

    Abstract: An electronic device which includes a motion detection module, a storage unit, and a processing unit. The motion detection module includes a heat detection unit, a recognition unit, and a processing unit. The heat detection unit is used to produce a series of detection signals in series when a human presence is detected around the electronic device within a predetermined area. The analysis unit is used to convert the detection signals into a series of binary images. The recognition unit compares the binary images sequentially and determines any change between these binary images, and is further able to determine the particular human motion which is taking place. The storage unit stores a relationship table recording relations between functions and particular human motions. The processing unit is used to determine the function corresponding to the particular human motion determined by the recognition unit, and executes the function.

The radio frequency receiving unit receives the wireless signal transmitted by the radio frequency transmitting unit when the distance between the radio frequency transmitting unit and the radio frequency receiving unit is less than a preset value. The detector detects the movement or the oscillation of the electronic device. The radio frequency receiving unit generates an anomalous potential to signal the processor to enable the detector when not receiving the wireless signal transmitted through the radio frequency transmitting unit.

    Abstract: A battery array includes at least one battery holder, multiple battery cells and at least one electrode plate. The battery holder includes multiple block members and multiple clamps. Each block member has one sidewall thereof connected to one sidewall of another block member. Each clamp is fastened one sidewall of each of two adjacent block members to secure the two block members together. Each battery cell has its one end accommodated in one block member of the battery holder. The electrode plate is fastened to two adjacent battery cells to electrically connect the two battery cells. Thus, different number of block members can be used with a respective number of clamps to form different shapes of battery holders for assembling different battery arrays having different configurations or different electrical power. The invention relates also to the construction of the battery holder.
