    Abstract: A hard disk enclosure includes a tray, a cover engaging with the tray, and a case. The tray includes a bezel and a bottom plate. The bottom plate includes a plurality of retainers extending therefrom. The retainers cooperate to form between a space for receiving a hard disk. Each of the retainers forms a protrusion for engaging with the hard disk. The cover includes a rear wall, and an insert wall extending from a side of the rear wall. The case accommodates the bottom plate of the tray and the insert wall of the cover, and is retained between the bezel of the tray and the rear wall of the cover.

The self-winding reel assembly includes a reel pivotably received in the case, which has a first end, an opposite second end for winding the wire therebetween and a first blocking portion attached to the second end, a scroll spring attached to the first end providing a rebounding force to the reel, a resilient lock detachably engaging with the first blocking portion, and a reel button engaging with the resilient lock. When the reel button is pressed, the resilient lock is driven to disengage from the first blocking portion, and the scroll spring urges the reel to rewind the wire.

    Abstract: A mounting apparatus for mounting a card reader that defines a fixing hole in a sidewall thereof, and forms a first connector in a rear wall thereof, includes a chassis, a bracket slidably mounted to the chassis, a pair of first resilient members, and a locking member. The chassis includes a front wall defining a first opening for the card reader passing therethrough. A second connector is mounted to the bracket, corresponding to the first connector of the card reader. The first resilient members are connected between the chassis and the bracket. The first resilient members are stretched when mounting the card reader. The locking member includes a retaining member mounted to the chassis, and a securing member mounted to the retaining member via a second resilient member. The securing member includes a securing portion protruding therefrom for engaging with the fixing hole of the card reader.

The latch mechanism includes a latch lever including a pressing portion for being applied an external force along a first direction and at least one latch portion for clasping a cover of the electronic device, at least one fulcrum plate for being secured to the base, at least one lifting plate deflectably secured to the fulcrum plate, at least one first elastic member positioned between the latch lever and the fulcrum plate to provide a first restoration force along the first direction to the latch lever, and at least one second elastic member positioned between the fulcrum plate and the lifting plate to provide a second restoration force to a side of the lifting plate so as to make the other side of the lifting plate resist against the cover.

    Abstract: A mounting apparatus for holding a storage device with a mounting hole comprises a bracket, an operating member, and a fastener. The bracket comprises a first sidewall connected to a second sidewall, and the second sidewall is generally perpendicular to the first sidewall. The storage device is disposed in the bracket. A fastener is pivotally attachable to the first sidewall of the bracket, and a mounting tab is formed from the fastener. An operating member is movably attached to the second sidewall of the bracket and connectable to the fastener. The fastener is pivoted by moving the operating member so that the mounting tab of the fastener is inserted into the mounting hole of the storage device for latching the storage device. Thus, the storage device is locked in the bracket.
