    Abstract: There is provided a method of fabricating a lithography mask, the method including: forming a transparent polymer layer on a surface of a first substrate where a convex-concave pattern is formed; separating the transparent polymer layer from the first substrate, the transparent polymer layer having a convex-concave surface formed by the convex-concave pattern of the first substrate transferred thereonto; depositing a metal thin film on the convex-concave surface; forming a viscous film on a second substrate; disposing the transparent polymer layer on the second substrate such that the viscous film and metal thin film are partially bonded together; and separating the transparent polymer layer from the second substrate such that a portion of the metal thin film bonded to the viscous film is removed, wherein a metal thin film pattern having the portion of the metal thin film removed therefrom is formed on the convex-concave surface.

    Abstract: An apparatus and method for detecting altered Uniform Resource Locators (URLs) are provided. The apparatus includes a Uniform Resource Locator (URL) information collection unit, a URL HTTP header analysis unit, a URL alteration determination unit, and a control unit. The URL information collection unit collects linked URL information in a web page selected by a user, from a web site. The URL HTTP header analysis unit analyzes the HTTP header information of the URL information. If, as a result of the analysis of the HTTP header information, information about redirection from the URL of the URL information to another URL exists, the URL alteration determination unit determines that the URL is an altered URL. If it is determined that the URL is an altered URL, the control unit extracts the URL information of the URL prior to the alteration and then provides the URL information to the user.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein is a method of producing a filter medium for treating medium and high temperature exhaust gas using foam coating and a filter medium produced using the method. The filter medium has excellent heat resistance and heat contraction resistance, and exhibits partial dust collection efficiency of 99% or more by weight, total dust collection efficiency of 99.999% or more by weight, and high dust removal efficiency, for all dust particle sizes. Further, the filter media can be efficiently used to treat medium and high temperature exhaust gas because pores having an average pore size of 30 ?m or less are uniformly distributed on the surface of the filter media.
