    Abstract: A method for fabricating semiconductor device is disclosed. The method includes the steps of: providing a substrate having a gate structure thereon; forming a first cap layer on a surface of the substrate and sidewall of the gate structure; forming a second cap layer on the first cap layer; forming a third cap layer on the second cap layer; performing an etching process to partially remove the third cap layer, the second cap layer, and the first cap layer to form a first spacer and a second spacer on the sidewall of the gate structure; and forming a contact etch stop layer (CESL) on the substrate to cover the second spacer, wherein the third cap layer and the CESL comprise same deposition condition.

    Abstract: Provided is a semiconductor image sensor device that includes a non-scribe-line region and a scribe-line region. The image sensor device includes a first substrate portion disposed in the non-scribe-line region. The first substrate portion contains a doped radiation-sensing region. The image sensor device includes a second substrate portion disposed in the scribe-line region. The second substrate portion has the same material composition as the first substrate portion. Also provided is a method of fabricating an image sensor device. The method includes forming a plurality of radiation-sensing regions in a substrate. The radiation-sensing regions are formed in a non-scribe-line region of the image sensor device. The method includes forming an opening in a scribe-line region of the image sensor device by etching the substrate in the scribe-line region. A portion of the substrate remains in the scribe-line region after the etching. The method includes filling the opening with an organic material.

    Abstract: A manufacturing method of a semiconductor device includes the following steps. First, a substrate is provided. At least one sacrificial gate structure is formed on the substrate, at least one diffusion region is formed in the substrate at each of two sides of the sacrificial gate structure, and a first inter-layer dielectric layer is formed to cover the diffusion region. A gate recess is then formed in the sacrificial gate structure. A first diffusion contact hole is then formed in the first inter-layer dielectric layer and at least partially exposes the diffusion region. A metal layer is subsequently formed in the gate recess and the first diffusion contact hole.

The phosphoric acid modified nanometer powdery material of the present invention is polyether polyurethane or polyester polyurethane nanometer powder. It is prepared by the following method: phosphate groups are introduced into polyether polyurethane or polyester polyurethane nanometer powder in a phosphoric acid buffer solution by means of physical adsorption. This method can improve the stability and dispersibility of the powder and change its physical, chemical and biological properties and hopefully will realize intensive and extensive application in biomedical field. The surface modified nanometer powder of the present invention is in a controllable size of 50 nm˜500 nm and its surface Zeta potential in physiological environment is negative.

    Abstract: Binoculars having a center-focusing function and an individual-focusing comprise a telescopic base provided at an end thereof with a control sleeve which is connected to a left lens system in a left barrel and a right lens system in a right barrel through an adjusting portion disposed in the telescopic base. When a user pushes the control sleeve so that the control sleeve is forced to shift toward the adjusting portion, the user can rotate the control sleeve to simultaneously actuate the adjusting portion, so as to adjust focuses of the left and right lens systems. When the user pulls the control sleeve so that the control sleeve is forced to shift away from the adjusting portion, the user can rotate the control sleeve to simultaneously actuate the adjusting portion, so as to adjust a parallax between one and the other of the left and right lens systems.

    Abstract: A waterproof zoom binocular telescope includes a left lens barrel, a right lens barrel, an ocular base disposed at an end of each lens barrel, and a synchronous belt sprocket disposed at the connecting position of the two ocular bases. Each ocular base includes an ocular module, and the two ocular modules separately include a zoom unit. Each zoom unit and the synchronous belt sprocket are connected with a synchronous belt to form a transmission chain structure. An eccentric cam is installed between two external common tangents of each ocular module and the synchronous belt sprocket for tightly pressing the two synchronous belts. If any one of the zoom units rotates, the transmission chain structure effectively drives the synchronous belt to rotate another zoom unit correspondingly.

There is no risk of contamination with ambient air and no need of ultra-clean class-100 room to obtain the high quality data on ultra-trace mercury species analyses (e.g., Hg0, Hg2+, monomethyl Hg, dimethyl Hg etc.) in natural environmental samples (e.g., air, water, sediment, soil, vegetation, bio-tissues and other sample types).

    Abstract: A portable camera support assembly having an adjustment block, a support piece, a shoulder rest, a camera mount, a lengthwise-extendible hand grip, a body rest, a mount adjustment knob and a torsional spring assembly. The shoulder rest and body rest are used to support and balance the camera at the shoulder and upper body of the user respectively.
