  • Publication number: 20040002268
Abstract: A clasper for a signal connector includes a connecting plate and two clasping heads connected to two ends of the connecting plate. Each clasping head has two clasping pieces with their center portions bending and contacting with each other, and a wide mouth formed in their end portion. The wide mouth has a trumpet-shaped recessed mouth in an inside for guiding a guide needle of a male connector to be inserted through therein with only a little resistance given by the mouth. Then the guide needle may lower damage received by the inner galvanized surfaces of the clasping pieces. The two clasping pieces have a round hole formed in a center straight portion and connected to the trumpet recessed mouth for the guide needle guided and sliding in the round hole to completely fit in the round hole for acquiring superior quality for transmitted signals.

  • Patent number: 6644994
Abstract: A connector with a function of getting rid of surge includes a connecting head made of metal, a clasp made of metal, placed in the connecting head and having a pinching portion made of two parallel elastic pieces, a base plate and an emitting pieces formed in the other end of the clasp, and an insulating housing. A gap is formed between the upper end of the emitting member and the inner surface of the connecting head so that a surge or a thunderbolt may flow through the gap to the connecting head and be led to the ground to disappear.

  • Publication number: 20030168150
Abstract: The present invention mainly relates to a method for reducing X-Y shrinkage during sintering low temperature ceramic comprising piling a constrain layer on a dielectric layer on a green ceramic body, which is printed with heterogeneous materials for conductors, resistors, capacitors and the like and/or disposed conductors, resistors, capacitors and the like to reduce shrinkage of the dielectric layer and the green ceramic body. The invention is characterized in that the constrain layer comprises windows in positions complying with the heterogeneous materials and/or conductors, resistors, capacitors and the like printed and/or disposed on the dielectric layer and the green ceramic body to make the heterogeneous materials and/or conductors, resistors, capacitors and the like not being covered when piling the constrain layer and the dielectric layers of the green ceramic body.

  • Patent number: 6511333
Abstract: A signal connector includes a cylindrical signal connector body, and a resistor-fixing device positioned in the signal connector body. The resistor-fixing device consists of a metal tubular body and a stop. The metal tubular body has a first cone-shaped hole in a left vertical wall, and the stop fitting in a right opening of the metal tubular body has a second cone-shaped hole formed in a center portion, then a resistor formed with two round heads at two sides and two leads respectively extending outward from the two round heads. The two lead is held in two round holes in straight condition so as to closely contact with another connector.

  • Patent number: 5700160
Abstract: An electrical connector includes a generally cylindrical conductive housing, a conductive cable-engaging member and a hollow, elongated insulating member which is fitted in the conductive housing. The conductive cable-engaging member has an elongated intermediate section, two engaging units extending lengthwise from the ends of the intermediate section, and two first shoulder portions. The insulating member has two closed ends, two receiving spaces for receiving the engaging units of the cable-engaging member, and a restricted space interconnecting the receiving spaces for receiving the intermediate section of the cable-engaging member. Each of the closed ends of the insulating member has a through-hole formed therein. Each of the receiving spaces is adjacent to and communicates with a respective one of the through-holes.

  • Patent number: 5011440
Abstract: A wire connector includes a first tubular member having a top wall with a top opening and a bottom wall with a bottom through-hole; a second tubular having a upper wall with a top through-hole and a lower wall with a bottom opening; a pair of tongs having a joined bottom section and bent tips. The improvements are characterized by the first tubular member having a pair of opposed braces extending from the top wall, adjacent to the top opening, and each of the two bent tips having a W-shaped section with a first upper bend and a second lower bend, the first upper and second lower bends being adjacent to each other at the upper tip of each tine of the tongs, the second lower bends be spaced apart and correspondingly curved towards each other, the first upper bends abutting each other, adjacent to the second lower bends and opposite to the bottom joined section of the pair of tongs.
