The actuator is configured to articulate the arm into a charging position. The charging interface comprises at least one charging contact coupled to a power source and configured to engage and deliver power to a vehicle charging interface to charge at least one battery of a vehicle. The charging system can include a plurality of arms, each configured to charge a different vehicle. A method of charging one or more vehicles using the charging system is also provided.

    Abstract: A firework lighting device comprises a spherical body, multiple conical elements detachably mounted to the spherical body and a light module mounted inside the spherical body. The spherical body is hollow and formed by assembling two shells and two terminal caps. The light module has multiple light strips respectively extending into the multiple conical elements and emitting light in multiple colors. The spherical body and the conical elements form a shape with a sphere at middle and multiple cones radiating outwardly from the sphere, which looks like fireworks. When turned on, the light strips of the light module light the conical elements up, so the firework lighting device produces a lighting effect resembling fireworks, thereby increasing decoration effects. Also, because the two shells and the two terminal caps of the spherical body are detachable, manufacturing convenience of the spherical body is increased.

The method includes: determining a depolarization ratio and an aerosol extinction coefficient of an atmospheric area to be identified according to a lidar signal and a relative humidity profile of the area; identifying a cloud type of the area according to the signal and the profile; and identifying a type of an atmospheric aerosol in the area based on the cloud type, the ratio and the coefficient. Relevant values are calculated based on lidar signals and the profile, clouds are identified first, and then different types of aerosols are further distinguished in combination with the relevant values, and a numerical determination standard is given to synchronously identify different types of aerosols including types of cloud, fog and other particulates in the atmosphere, thereby improving accuracy of identification.

    Abstract: Methods and apparatus are provided for UE-triggered handover and early preparation with coexistence of the network-triggered handover. In one novel aspect, the UE is configured early measurement report configuration, receives an early handover command from the serving base station with a handover candidate cell list, monitors handover triggering conditions for each candidate cell on the handover candidate cell list based on a UE-triggered handover configuration and performs the UE-triggered handover to a candidate cell when the corresponding triggering condition is met for the candidate cell. In one embodiment, the UE receives a network-triggered handover command to a target cell, suspends the UE-triggered handover configuration and performs the network-triggered handover to the target cell. The UE discards the UE-triggered handover configuration upon success of the network-triggered handover and resumes the UE-triggered handover configuration upon failure of the network-triggered handover.
