    Abstract: A method is provided to minimize travel distance and time between correction locations on a substrate when polishing a local area of a substrate, such as a semiconductor wafer, using a location specific polishing module. A correction profile is determined and a recipe based on the correction profile is used to polish a substrate. A polishing pad assembly traverses between a first correction location and a second correction location using the combined motion of a substrate support chuck and a support arm coupled at a first end thereof to the polishing pad assembly. The chuck rotates about a center axis thereof. The positioning arm may sweep about a vertical axis disposed through a second end of the support arm. The combined motion of the chuck and the positioning arm causes the polishing pad assembly to form a spiral shaped polishing path on the substrate.

The second capacitor has a second capacitance. The second capacitor includes a first terminal coupled to the input terminal of the processing unit, and a second terminal coupled to a ground terminal. The first capacitance is adjusted to be substantially equal to the second capacitance. The processing unit determines whether a touch event is triggered according to variation of voltage level of the second analog signal.

    Abstract: A paper feeding device includes a motor, a pickup roller assembly, a velocity sensor and a feeding roller assembly. The pickup roller assembly is driven by the motor for picking up the papers. The velocity sensor is mounted to the pickup roller assembly for detecting rotating speeds of the pickup roller assembly so as to detect speeds of feeding forward the papers. The feeding roller assembly is driven by the motor for continuing feeding forward the papers. A speed discrepancy will be generated between the rotating speed of the pickup roller assembly after the one of the papers is fed to the feeding roller assembly and the rotating speed of the pickup roller assembly which just picks up the one of the papers, when the speed discrepancy reaches a preset value set by the scanner, the scanner is triggered to start scanning.

    Abstract: In exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure, a level shifting circuit and an integrated circuit using the level shifting circuit are provided. Compared to the conventional level shifting circuit, the level shifting circuit herein further has another pair of PMOS transistors and another pair of NMOS transistors, wherein the other pair of the PMOS transistors is connected to the pair of the PMOS transistors, and the other pair of the NMOS transistors is connected to the pair of the NMOS transistors. PMOS and NMOS transistors of the level shifting circuit are protected, the lifetime of the level shifting circuit is increased, and the damage probability of the level shifting circuit is decreased. The other pair of the PMOS transistors being turned on can be operated in the saturation region rather than in the linear region, such that the operation speed of the level shifting circuit is enhanced.

    Abstract: A transformer structure comprising a winding stand, a first coil, two second coils, and an iron core set. The first coil winds on the winding portion of the winding stand, and the first coil connects to the first pins electrically. The second coils are two metal sheets having electrical conductivity, the two second coils are provided with a ring body and two second pins respectively, the two second coils being arranged on the side edge of the winding portion of the winding stand. The iron core set is arranged on the winding stand, and the iron core set passes internally through the first coil and the two second coils. As a result, the DC resistance is decreased and the power consumption is reduced accordingly, improving the temperature rising problem.
