    Abstract: A plug connector includes an insulating housing, a plurality of terminals, a rear lid and a cover. The insulating housing has a base portion and a tongue portion extending forward from the base portion and defines a plurality of receiving slots for receiving the respective terminals. Each of the terminals has a soldering section stretching out from the rear of the base portion. The rear lid has a prop section and a support section protruding rearward from the rear of the prop section. The prop section is propped against the rear of the base portion of the insulating housing and defines a plurality of channels passing therethrough. The soldering sections of the terminals pass through the corresponding channels and are supported by the support section to be soldered with cables. The cover wraps the insulating housing and the rear lid.

    Abstract: A memory card connector includes an insulating housing, an auxiliary member and an ejecting device used for withdrawing a memory card from the memory card connector. The insulating housing has a base. Two sidewalls and a rear wall extend upwards from edges of the base. A plurality of terminal cavities are defined in the insulating housing for receiving a plurality of electric terminals. A cover is coupled with the insulating housing. One side of the insulating housing defines an accommodating cavity. A preventing member is formed at the inside of the accommodating cavity. The auxiliary member is received in the accommodating cavity and slides between the sidewall and the preventing member. The auxiliary member includes at least one elastic member and a cooperative member. The elastic member is located between and against the sidewall and the cooperative member. Hence, the cooperative member is blocked by the preventing member.

    Abstract: A memory card connector includes an insulating housing, an auxiliary member and an ejecting device used for withdrawing a memory card from the memory card connector. The auxiliary member is received in the accommodating cavity and slides between the sidewall and the preventing member. The auxiliary member includes at least one elastic member and a cooperative member. The elastic member is located between and against the sidewall and the cooperative member. Hence, the cooperative member is blocked by the preventing member.

    Abstract: A memory card connector includes a housing, a plurality of terminals and a cover. The housing consists of a bottom wall, a front wall, a back wall and a pair of side walls and defines a plurality of slots therein. A receptacle is formed among the walls. The terminals are received in the corresponding slots. The cover is pivotally mounted to the housing, having a top member. At least one pressed component is arranged on the top member. The pressed component includes a pair of opposite spring arms, one end of the spring arms connects with the top member, and the other is stamped individually to form a pair of inclined arms on the top member. The inclined arms joint together by a protruding joint portion, which presses down a memory card. Therefore, a firmly electrical connection between the memory card and the terminals is established.

    Abstract: A memory card connector includes a housing with a base, a cover, multiple electric terminals installed on the top surface of the base. The base has a left fixing hole and a right fixing hole penetrating its surface. Both sides of the base extend upwards to form a first wall and a second wall. The first wall has a left passageway at its back. The second wall has a right passageway at its back. The cover has a left back board with a left rivet and a left fixing arm. A right back board has a right rivet and a right fixing arm. The cover and the housing are assembled after the rivets are received in the corresponding passageways respectively. After the cover is opened, the fixing arms are inserted into the corresponding fixing holes respectively so that the cover can't come off the housing.

The insulating housing defines a mouth and a plurality of cavities for receiving the corresponding terminals. The actuator is rotatably mounted to the mouth of the insulating housing and has a base. Two opposite sides of the base respectively define an incline slightly sloping inward from bottom to top. A top of the incline protrudes sideward to form an edge. The support member has a base section. A top of the base section bends sideward to form an arcuate section. A free end of the arcuate section extends downward to form an elastic section. While the actuator is at a closed position, the elastic section and the corresponding incline buckle with each other, the edge is held by the arcuate section.

The switch mechanism includes a first member and a second member. The first member keeps a proper distance to the second member. When a memory card is fully inserted into the memory card connector, the memory card passes over and pushes the first member to make electric connection to the second member. The connection between the first member and the second member generates a signal to judge whether the memory card is right inserted or not.

    Abstract: A flexible printed circuit board connector includes a housing, a sliding cover and a pair of support nails. A pair of guiding grooves and a pair of insertion holes are defined in sidewalls of the housing for receiving the support nails. A protruding portion is formed on each support nail to form a pivotal hole between the protruding portion and inner surfaces of the groove. The sliding cover has a pair of cam shafts rotatably supported in the pivotal holes. The cross section of each cam shaft has an utmost protrudent point which brushes past an inner surface of the pivotal hole when flipping the sliding cover. The length of the longest chord of the cross section that passes the utmost protrudent point is longer than the distance between the inner surface brushed by the utmost protrudent point and its opposite inner surface of the pivotal hole.

    Abstract: A board to board connector includes a plug and a receptacle. The two ends of the receptacle sink to form a U-shape groove. The groove penetrates downward through the first housing of the receptacle and can accept a first locking piece. The first locking piece has a U-shaped body received in the groove, which extends to form welding portions, and the welding portions project out of the first housing. An inserting groove is opened in the end of the plug. The inserting groove can accept a second locking piece. A straight arm of the second locking piece projects out of the second housing of the plug. The board to board connector can be welded in PCBs by the first and second locking pieces.

    Abstract: An electrical connector includes an insulation housing having an insertion passage arranged at a top surface thereon, a receiving space arranged at a bottom surface thereon. An electrical contact covers the bottom surface and side surfaces of the insulation housing having a body portion covering the bottom surface, an elastic connection portion received in the receiving space, sidewalls covering the side surfaces and soldering portions. An engagement portion includes a projection member arranged at the side surface of the insulation housing and a fixing hole opened through the sidewall of the electrical contact for engaging with the projection member. While a contact of a matching device obliquely inserts into the insertion passage and presses the elastic connection portion, the electrical contact engages with the insulation housing securely via the engagement portion for preventing the electrical contact departing from the insulation housing by the pressing force from the contact of the matching device.

    Abstract: A receptacle connector includes a dielectric housing and a dustproof cover covered on the housing. The housing has a bottom wall, a top wall, two sidewalls and two retainers defined between the sidewalls. Two locking grooves formed at the opposite sides of the body are defined between one of the sidewalls and the corresponding retainers. Each sidewall defines a position unit in the middle thereof with a guide unit formed in front of the position unit. The dustproof cover has a plate, two receiving grooves and two fixed arms. Each fixed arm defines a guide portion extending inward from the end thereof with two abutting blocks protruding inward from inner side of each fixed arms. The guide portions are sliding received in the position units along the guide unit. The abutting blocks are received between the position unit and the guide unit and pressed against the guide unit.

    Abstract: A microphone connector includes an insulation housing and an electrical contact. The electrical contact includes a body portion arranged up on the sidewalls, a soldering portion arranged at one end of the body portion, at least two opposite arms arranged at the other end of the body portion and received in the corresponding grooves respectively and elastic connection portions respectively arranged at the side arms and received in the receiving space. While a terminal of a microphone inserts into the insertion passage and electronically couples to the elastic connection portions to form multi-conductive areas, signal is transmitted between the microphone and the microphone connector stably through the multi-conductive areas.
