The method determines a load value of each of the file servers according to a number of files to be processed in each of the file servers. A specified file server whose load value is equal to a threshold value is determined, and an overload file server having a greatest load value is determined. The method distributes files to be processed in the overload file server to the specified file servers according to a predetermined percentage.
