The second reflecting unit is spaced apart from the first reflecting unit. The second reflecting unit includes at least one reflecting region and at least one transmitting region. The pixel circuit layer includes at least two TFTs. Each micro LED includes a first end adjacent to the pixel circuit layer and a second end opposite to the first end and exposed from the insulating layer. Each first electrode is between the first end of each micro LED and the pixel circuit layer. The second electrode covers the second end of each micro LED and is transparent. Each first electrode defines a light transmitting region to allow light emitted from the micro LED to pass through.

An adjustment electrode insulated from the other electrodes is formed on the sidewall of each of the plurality of micro LEDs; the adjustment electrode being fed with a DC voltage creates an electric field limiting the direction of flow of charge carriers within each micro LED and thereby improving performance.

    Abstract: A display device comprised of OLEDs and micro LEDs which allows for blue light degradation of the OLEDs includes a first substrate and a second substrate in a double-decked configuration. First light emitting elements are located and spaced on the first substrate and second light emitting elements are located and spaced on the second substrate, the light emitting elements on the lower deck being staggered so as not to be hidden by the light emitting elements on the upper deck. The upper deck has openings (or is transparent) therein to allow egress of light from the light emitting elements of the lower deck. The display device provides a solution for uneven display cause by degradation of pixels.

The spacers move towards the second substrate when the LCD panel is being touched.

During the reset period and the compensation period, the first switch turns on, and the transistor receives an offset electric potential from the data line. During the second writing period and the illumination period, the first switch turns off and electrically disconnects the connection between the transistor and the data line.
