    Abstract: A switch controller for switching power supply is coupled to an auxiliary winding of the switching power supply through a detecting resistor. The switch controller provides a detecting current passing through the detecting resistor for keeping the voltage level of a detecting signal transmitted by the detecting resistor higher than a predetermined voltage. In this way, the switch controller can avoid the latch-up phenomenon caused by receiving the detecting signal of the negative voltage level. In addition, the switch controller can detect the magnitude of an input voltage of the switching power supply by means of the detecting current, and accordingly control the operation of the switching power supply.

In accordance with the present invention, non-coherent and even coherent integration periods for a received signal are dynamically and adaptively controlled depending upon the condition of the received signal. The integration period can be very short when signal strength is strong and no blocking exists; while it can be extended to be longer when the signal strength is weak or there is a blocking. Therefore, it is possible to keep locking even under bad circumstances. In addition, the fix time can be shortened when the signal strength is very strong.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a touch panel with a discharging function, which comprises a scanning bus, a sensing bus, a control unit, and a discharging circuit. The scanning bus is used for scanning a touch frame. The sensing bus interleaves with the scanning bus, and senses at least a touched location on the touch frame. The control unit is coupled to the scanning bus and the sensing bus 20? for controlling them. The discharging circuit is coupled to the sensing bus or/and the scanning bus, and is controlled by the control unit for releasing the charges at the touched location or/and on the relevant path between the touched location and the buses.
