    Abstract: There is provided an automated system for preparing tissue samples that comprises one or more microtomes, a hydration system, and a processor, the processor being programmed to initiate facing, by one or more microtomes, of a first tissue block comprising a first tissue sample embedded in an embedding material, and cause the first tissue block to be hydrated by the hydration system for a first predetermined time, and initiate facing, by one or more microtomes, of a second tissue block while the first tissue block is being hydrated, the second tissue block comprising a second tissue sample embedded in an embedding material, and cause the second tissue block to be hydrated by the hydration system for a second predetermined time, and to initiate the one or more microtomes to begin sectioning of the first tissue block while the second tissue block is being hydrated.

    Abstract: The present application provides a dynamic illumination method based on a scan exposure machine, providing a mask used for exposure and a GDS file corresponding to the mask; dividing pattern information on the mask into n areas with the same width along the direction of movement of the mask during the exposure; performing SMO computation on the pattern information in the n areas, so as to generate n SMO files corresponding to the n areas respectively; performing combinatorial optimization on the n SMO files to obtain a DSMO file; generating a driver of a light source reflector array according to the DSMO file, the illumination; and controlling a reflector array of an exposure machine by calling the driver of the light source reflector array. The DSMO method is performed in each exposure slit area, so as to improve the illumination optimization for a pattern.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a processing method for presenting an indicator hierarchy and classification of data in a spreadsheet. In this method, an indicator index structure S is constructed and a spreadsheet is used to present information based on user selections. The information includes an indicator and a hierarchy of the indicator, an indicator classification description and a hierarchy of the indicator classification description, an application scenario between an indicator and an indicator classification description, and other implicit attributes. This way, indicator descriptions can be neater and more readable. Data in a two-dimensional spreadsheet can be accurately presented and the spreadsheet is more comprehensible. In addition, indicators and indicator classification descriptions can be flexibly combined to present data in a more diversified, flexible, and personalized manner.

    Abstract: The disclosure proposes a novel method for generating public polynomials. The method simplifies key exchange processes, reduces the time required for key exchange and reduces the bandwidth required for data transmission from a server to a client. Secondly, the method keeps the calculation processes at both sides synchronized through a novel data exchange solution, particularly through handshaking signals, to ensure that the server and the client are always in the same key exchange process. In addition, the method further reduces a transmission bandwidth by sending information of the client twice. A state synchronization mechanism of the client and the server is proposed in the disclosure to ensure that Trivium modules at both sides are in the same state at the beginning of each key exchange, thereby avoiding reinitializing the modules and improving the operation efficiency of the whole system.

The first directive may be effective to cause the speech processing system to end a current dialog session.
