  • Publication number: 20170063299
Abstract: A photovoltaic junction box is disclosed. The photovoltaic junction box comprises a base having a receiving chamber, a cover mounted on the base closing the receiving chamber, and a plurality of ventilation passageways. The plurality of ventilation passageways are disposed between a peripheral edge of the cover and a peripheral edge of the receiving chamber, and communicate between the receiving chamber and an area external of the photovoltaic junction box.

  • Publication number: 20170063298
Abstract: A photovoltaic junction box is provided, including: a box body; a plurality of conduction terminals received in the box body; and at least one surface-mounted diode mounted on the plurality of conduction terminals. Each surface-mounted diode includes a flat body, at least one anode pin extending outwardly from an edge of the flat body, and a cathode pad located on a bottom of the flat body. The cathode pad of at least one surface-mounted diode mounted on a surface of the conduction terminal has a heat conduction angle ? more than 180 degrees and less than 360 degrees. Since the heat conduction angle is more than 180 degrees, the heat produced by the diode may be rapidly transferred to the conduction terminal in time to avoid deterioration or damage to the diode, improving the heat dissipation rate, and improving the current carrying capacity of the photovoltaic junction box.

  • Publication number: 20130302428
Abstract: A process for the preparation of carbon protected superparamagnetic or magnetic nanospheres is claimed which comprises the steps: (A) coating FexOy particles with an organic polymer, (B) coating the product obtained in step (A) with silica, (C) subjecting the product of step (B) to pyrolysis conditions, and (D) removing silica. According to present process, structurally stable carbon protected magnetic nanospheres were obtained, which can be dispersed in various solvents like water, EtOH, toluene, etc.
